Charming loft,standing in the sand on one of the most beautiful and trendy beaches of Ilhabela. Carefully equipped to offer a comfortable and unforgettable stay,it has air conditioning,ceiling fan,electric shower with stall,refrigerator,sink, microwave, electric oven, coffee machine, and other accessories. Double sofa-bed, single bed, and two extra inflatable double mattresses. Outside we have a deck on the sand in front of the sea, a shower, a hammock swing under a treetop, tables, and benches.

Ocean front house - delightful view

Very comfortable house, with a "U" big front porch, spacious living room, 4 bedrooms (one suite - a private bathroom), 2 bathrooms, garden with barbecue equipment and garage for 3 cars. Built during the 50'ies, very spacious. It has been totally remodeled in 2020. You can also make a cruise on a sail boat which belongs to my brother, a very experienced captain. Small and cozy en-suite with air-conditioning, queen-size bed, super comfortable with lots of privacy. The suite also has a single bed, if you need an extra space for family members. 100% cotton Percale sheets, at least 200 thread count, bath towels. The suite is equipped with a minibar. The street is quiet and allows you to park safely. The house has only two parking spaces in the parking lot, the use is on a first-come, first-served basis.
