Casas D'Água Doce - Lotus House

Complete house on a 7,000m² paradise plot with 9 other independent and private houses for couples. Casa Lótus has a large bedroom, kitchen, spacious and well-lit bathroom with gas showers, and a spacious balcony overlooking the sea and the ornamental garden. In addition to offering a complete kitchen, with all the necessary equipment, the house has air-conditioning, a smart TV, Wi-Fi internet, a gas heater and a hairdryer. It's an immersive experience with first-class comfort!

Ocean front house - delightful view

Very comfortable house, with a "U" big front porch, spacious living room, 4 bedrooms (one suite - a private bathroom), 2 bathrooms, garden with barbecue equipment and garage for 3 cars. Built during the 50'ies, very spacious. It has been totally remodeled in 2020. You can also make a cruise on a sail boat which belongs to my brother, a very experienced captain. We are located between the ferry and the village, near Itaguassú beach, in the central region of Ilhabela. Our commitment is to your well-being, so it is mandatory to wear masks, and we provide a sink and alcohol gel for cleaning at the entrance. The apartments are sanitized according to the sanitary protocol and have a private entrance, bathroom, kitchen and balcony. In the common areas, the distance of 1.5 meters between guests allows for social distancing.

The suite also has a single bed, if you need an extra space for family members. 100% cotton Percale sheets, at least 200 thread count, bath towels. The suite is equipped with a minibar. The street is quiet and allows you to park safely. The house has only two parking spaces in the parking lot, the use is on a first-come, first-served basis.

Property right on the sand in front of the beach with beautiful views and a large garden. The house has an ocean view from all areas, from the breakfast table to the comfort of the bed. Located in an ARIE (area of relevant ecological interest), where the USP Marine Research Institute is located. Access to the property and 2 beaches controlled by land. In front of the beach, there is a floating bar for boats and there may be music.

#05 themed bungalows in a gated community on the beautiful Siriúba beach in the north of the island. All with exclusive access and ocean views. This is a bit of the Egypt bungalow. New and safe space. In addition to the accommodation with bed and bath linens, we offer, at no additional cost, 1 beach kit with 1 umbrella with a pump for fixing it in the sand, 1 cooler, and 2 beach chairs, one with a tray for holding glasses.
