Ocean front house - delightful view

Very comfortable house, with a "U" big front porch, spacious living room, 4 bedrooms (one suite - a private bathroom), 2 bathrooms, garden with barbecue equipment and garage for 3 cars. Built during the 50'ies, very spacious. It has been totally remodeled in 2020. You can also make a cruise on a sail boat which belongs to my brother, a very experienced captain. Whether lying down enjoying the incredible green view from the loft windows, on the terrace with showers and ocean views or at Cigarras Beach, which is just 500 meters away! Each loft contains a private barbecue area. The terrace and the outdoor area square are shared among the 4 units. Come alone, as a couple or with friends and enjoy every corner designed and created with affection for you!

I'll be delighted to welcome you to the house I grew up in. For this, I provide the annex of the house on the sand with 2 super comfortable and functional suites, in addition to a swimming pool, lunch table, terrace facing the sea and 2 parking spaces at Praia das Cigarras. Dogs and visitors other than guests are not allowed, if this occurs, a daily rate will be charged. * The house accommodates 8 people and unfortunately we do not accept extra guests.

7-minute walk from Camburizinho/Camburi beach Our house is very exclusive, practically the entire house overlooks the sea (except the bathroom lol), bedroom with queen size bed, ceiling fan and door to the balcony overlooking the sea. Mezzanine with double mattress and glass wall with window and ocean view! Fan Very well ventilated, quiet, and private house! Kitchen with utensils, cozy living room with sofa bed and large windows with a view!

House on the Sand with Access to 2 Beaches

Property right on the sand in front of the beach with beautiful views and a large garden. The house has an ocean view from all areas, from the breakfast table to the comfort of the bed. Located in an ARIE (area of relevant ecological interest), where the USP Marine Research Institute is located. Access to the property and 2 beaches controlled by land. In front of the beach, there is a floating bar for boats and there may be music.

A bungalow built artistically in every detail... a bathtub open to the woods with a glass ceiling gives the feeling of being immersed in nature, with a centenary fig tree in front and many birds... intimate and welcoming in connection with Nature, in contact with this reserve area of the Atlantic Forest. The other hot shower is on the deck open to the woods and is delightful day or night, with a starry sky and moonlight.

Houseboat, on the sand & charming...

An old boat house, built in the 1950s and belonging to the old Belvedere Hotel, located in a small bay called Sepituba. At this hotel, my father spent his youth canoeing. The place has a delicious energy to rest and contemplate the stunning view of the sea and Ilhabela, which is in front of us. It's a unique paradise! Namaste We accept 1 pet per stay (up to 20 kg).
