It guarantees privacy despite occasional renovations in the house next door. The living room is around the pool, ensuring tranquility.

The old farmhouse has four independent apartments (sleeping a total of 16 people, with nine bedrooms and six bathrooms). The large garden has benches and tables for outdoor dining. There are games for children, swings and a charming wooden playhouse. Dogs, cats, chickens and a donkey.
