Holiday rentals with beach access in Çınarcık

Finding a space in Istanbul that’s this nice & has AC units in every room in the summer was a dream. Would definitely stay again!

A very beautiful house on a quiet street in 5 minutes by car to the train station and Kadıköy center in Kadıköy. The house is spacious, clean and well-maintained. There's a quick response when you need help or when you have a question. For a place to stay, it's so well-maintained, and centrally located, it's worth the price.

Acun's apartment was really clean and well organised! It had everything we needed for an amazing visit to Turkey, in an incredible location. The sea front is 5 minutes walk away and there are tons of great restaurants and cafes nearby. Totally recommend staying here as an alternative to the much more touristy parts of Istanbul. Acun was really helpful and quick to respond. Great flat in a a great building in a great area. No more needed.

Çınar’s place is the Galata area, very convenient for visiting Istanbul. We loved the location. When we arrived, we ran into the host at the entrance and he ended up checking us in personally. He was very friendly and welcoming. The place is like the photos and large for 2 of us. It was clean and comfortable. The view from the roof top terrace is excellent. While it is near the Galata tower, it is quite quiet, while there are a lot of restaurants and shops within minutes of walking. I think it is a very good place to stay when visiting Istanbul, highly recommended. Be prepared to walk uphill and walk up the stairs. There can be a lot in the area and the apartment is on the top floors too. However, it is worth it.

We had an absolutely wonderful week at this flat. The location is perfect – the panoramic windows offer breathtaking views of the Bosphorus that never grow tiresome. The apartment itself is cosy, spacious and bright. The host was exceptionally attentive and welcoming. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic Istanbul experience.

We stayed in Tuncay's Airbnb and everything matched the photos perfectly. He was very understanding, as our flight was delayed many times, and he waited until 2:30 a.m. to welcome us. The apartment was impeccable, very clean and pleasant. It is ideally located, with many restaurants nearby, such as a bakery, a pastry shop, a supermarket, etc. In addition, it is a few steps from the water, a beautiful and peaceful place. It is also close to the Blue Mosque and the Grand Bazaar. I highly recommend this place!

The perfect place to stay on Heybeliada! We had a lovely stay at Arzu’s place and enjoyed the change of pace coming from the mainland. The location is nice - a 20 minute walk from the ferry terminal and much quieter at this time of year as the water park wasn’t open. We enjoyed nature walks and relaxing on the nearby beach. The place is well stocked, all as described/pictured and Arzu was very accommodating - sending recommendations and allowing us to check out late so we could get in one final swim!

The house has everything for a mid-long term stay, including cooking utensils, basic ingredients like salt, sugar, oil and spices. It also has dishwasher and washing machine. The garden green is very relaxing. 5 minutes walk from supermarket, 5 to 7 minutes walk to bank, ATM and metro station. Also walking distance from the colorful houses on vibrant Kuzguncuk street. Loved our stay. Seda is very kind and made sure that we have a comfortable stay with our baby. She also allowed a late check out. I will book this place again.

It was a wonderful and peaceful accommodation experience. Our host was very helpful by contacting us at any time and solved our problems by warning us about foreseeable problems before we faced them. The interior of the house was spotless. The garden arrangement was so good that we could use every area efficiently, and there was a very social landscape arrangement. We thank the host for hosting us in a beautiful way and for his interest

Ms. Bahar is a really friendly and wonderful person, she was very helpful to us before and after we arrived, she gave us quick answers to every question we asked, she is a very nice person, we would like to thank her, if you want to stay here, you can stay comfortably without any questions in your mind

We were greeted by Mucahits father, very hospitable and came running with some fresh simit when we arrived. Although he spoke very little English he did his best to make us feel at home. Apartment was fine especially for the price.

Family trip enjoyed our stay, quiet place, great amenities and fresh linens stocked, and beautiful. Restaurants very close and amazing walkability to take photos by the sea.

we felt like we were in our own home, the house was more than enough in terms of use, Mr. Sedat was very caring and understanding, we were very satisfied, we definitely recommend a house I will keep next time
