Kadıköyde tren garına ve Kadıköy merkeze arabayla 5 dakikada, sakin bir sokakta çok güzel bir ev. Ev geniş, temiz ve bakımlı. Yardım gerektiğinde ya da bir sorunuz olduğunda ulaştığınızda hızlı dönüş yapılıyor. Kalacak bir yer için, bu kadar geniş bakımlı, ve merkezi bir yerde olduğunu düşenecek olursak, fiyata değiyor.

Acun's apartment was really clean and well organised! It had everything we needed for an amazing visit to Turkey, in an incredible location. The sea front is 5 minutes walk away and there are tons of great restaurants and cafes nearby. Totally recommend staying here as an alternative to the much more touristy parts of Istanbul. Acun was really helpful and quick to respond. Great flat in a a great building in a great area. No more needed.

Çınar’s place is the Galata area, very convenient for visiting Istanbul. We loved the location. When we arrived, we ran into the host at the entrance and he ended up checking us in personally. He was very friendly and welcoming. The place is like the photos and large for 2 of us. It was clean and comfortable. The view from the roof top terrace is excellent. While it is near the Galata tower, it is quite quiet, while there are a lot of restaurants and shops within minutes of walking. I think it is a very good place to stay when visiting Istanbul, highly recommended. Be prepared to walk uphill and walk up the stairs. There can be a lot in the area and the apartment is on the top floors too. However, it is worth it.

We had an absolutely wonderful week at this flat. The location is perfect – the panoramic windows offer breathtaking views of the Bosphorus that never grow tiresome. The apartment itself is cosy, spacious and bright. The host was exceptionally attentive and welcoming. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic Istanbul experience.

Nous avons séjourné dans le Airbnb de Tuncay et tout correspondait parfaitement aux photos. Il a été très compréhensif, car notre vol a subi de nombreux retards, et il a attendu jusqu’à 2h30 du matin pour nous accueillir. L'appartement était impeccable, très propre et agréable. Il est idéalement situé, avec de nombreux restaurants à proximité, comme une boulangerie, une pâtisserie, un supermarché, etc. De plus, il est à quelques pas de l’eau, un endroit magnifique et paisible. Il est aussi à proximité de la Mosquée Bleue et du Grand Bazar. Je recommande vivement ce lieu !

The perfect place to stay on Heybeliada! We had a lovely stay at Arzu’s place and enjoyed the change of pace coming from the mainland. The location is nice - a 20 minute walk from the ferry terminal and much quieter at this time of year as the water park wasn’t open. We enjoyed nature walks and relaxing on the nearby beach. The place is well stocked, all as described/pictured and Arzu was very accommodating - sending recommendations and allowing us to check out late so we could get in one final swim!

Parfait accueil par Wahid lors de notre arrivée à Istanbul! Le logement est parfaitement situé à quelques minutes des grands sites à visiter (Mosquée bleue, Sainte-Sophie, Grand Bazar, etc). Wahid est un hôte parfait et son magasin de tapis situé au premier étage est une mine de richesse et de belles trouvailles!

Hersey cok güzeldi, Atakan bey ulasilabilir, kibar ve yardimci bir insan. Evin kendisi güzel, bahcesi de harika. ihlamurlar altinda oturmak cok güzeldi.

The house has everything for a mid-long term stay, including cooking utensils, basic ingredients like salt, sugar, oil and spices. It also has dishwasher and washing machine. The garden green is very relaxing. 5 minutes walk from supermarket, 5 to 7 minutes walk to bank, ATM and metro station. Also walking distance from the colorful houses on vibrant Kuzguncuk street. Loved our stay. Seda is very kind and made sure that we have a comfortable stay with our baby. She also allowed a late check out. I will book this place again.

Harika ve huzur dolu bir konaklama deneyimiydi. Ev sahibimiz bizimle her an irtibat kurarak fazlasıyla yardımcı olmaya ve öngörülebilir problemler hakkında bizi sorunlarla karşı karşıya kalmadan uyararak işlerimizi çözdü. Ev içerisi tertemizdi. Bahçe düzenlemesi o kadar iyiydi ki her alanı verimli bir şekilde kullanabildik fazlasıyla sosyal bir peyzaj düzenlemesi vardı. Ev sahibine bizi güzel bir şekilde misafir ettiği için ve ilgi alakasından dolayı teşekkür ederiz

We were greeted by Mucahits father, very hospitable and came running with some fresh simit when we arrived. Although he spoke very little English he did his best to make us feel at home. Apartment was fine especially for the price.

Manzara fotoğraflardan gözüken daha da güzel. Heryere yürürmeye mesafesinde. Evde ev aleti olarak herşey vardı. Tek problem sigara içmek için bina değil bahçeninde dışına çıkılması lazım.
