Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Città Studi, Milan

Nous avons séjourné dans l’appartement de Marco à l’occasion d’un EVJF et nous avons été enchantées : appartement accueillant, chic et design ! Accueil plus que chaleureux de Marco qui fait tout pour que nous nous sentions au mieux. Sans oublier sa disponibilité, ses recommandations précieuses et son sens inégalable du service (chauffeur aéroport, chef à domicile, réservations de restaurant et spa, etc.). Nous n’avons aucune fausse note à relever tant Marco nous a offert plus que ce à quoi nous nous attendions ! Un immense merci, vous avez rendu notre séjour encore plus inoubliable. Nous reviendrons à n’en pas douter ! MERCI !

Mariagrazia was a great host, she was so responsive and flexible when our plans changed. She was helpful in providing local recommendations, a map of the area, and answered all of our random questions with grace. The flat was the perfect size for 8 of us, and well appointed, we didn’t want for anything. The location was perfect for walking to the sites we wanted to see. If you’re looking for a beautiful Italian experience, a clean place to rest, and a walkable location, look no further.

My father and O were traveling together and we rented this Airbnb to avoid the cost of two hotel rooms. I LOVED the beautiful glass room kitchen!! Was such a peaceful place to have a morning coffee. They were very accommodating about our arrival time which was extra wonderful! The furniture is a bit old and simple (folding chairs around the kitchen table, stained chair in the living room) but for the price it was an excellent option for us and we really enjoyed it! Location is wonderful tram runs regularly (though seemingly on a schedule of its own) and we could walk to duomo in 25 min. I ran In the park each morning and the water pressure is lovely. Look it’s not a hotel, it’s perfect for traveling with two people who want their own space. Only one bed would be usable for a couple honestly so 3 people in beds is realistic. Has an elevator Excellent AC Over all we loved our stay and highly recommend to anyone coming to Milan!

Schöne Unterkunft mit kleinem Balkon und gut erreichbar mit der Metro. Leider etwas hellhörig, aber dafür gab es Ohropax :)

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft! Die Lage ist perfekt – viele Hotspots, Restaurants und Supermärkte sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, und auch die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel befinden sich direkt in der Nähe. Trotz der zentralen Lage war es durch den ruhigen Innenhof angenehm still – fast so, als wäre man der Innenstadt entflohen. Das Haus war super sauber und gepflegt, und der Kontakt mit dem Ginevra verlief absolut reibungslos. Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit und würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit weiterempfehlen! :)

Roberta war eine großartige Gastgeberin – sehr aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und immer schnell in der Kommunikation. Der Kontakt war unkompliziert und angenehm. Das Apartment war stilvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und genau wie in der Beschreibung. Klare Weiterempfehlung!

Francesco una persona muy cálida, desde el principio nos hizo sentir como en casa. En cuanto al alojamiento, todo impecable, super equipado y cómodo para nuestra familia de 5 personas. Definitivamente lo recomendaría!

It was close to the bus and train station, however far from the city center (30 minutes by train). The check-in by Julia’s mother was very smoth even though she don’t speak English. Lots of snacks, Nespresso coffees pods and toiletries available. As our flight was scheduled for 20:30pm we asked for a late check-out and Julia’s mother was very kind and allowed us to stay a few hours more than the regular check-out. Overall a very nice experience and definitely recommend it. If I ever come back to Milan, I’ll book this again.

What can I say, this was one of the best airbnbs I have ever stayed in! Everything was sparkling clean and i truly felt at home the second I walk in! It had everything I needed after stressful work days and was also very quiet at night. Alessio is a communicator and gave awesome restaurant recommendations! If I ever come back to Milan, I would 100% book this place again. Thank you for having me it was a pleasure!

This is my second time here and I found everything exactly like I left it one year ago. Gustavo is super friendly and it always makes me feel like if I just came back home. The flat is central next to two tube stations, surrounded by shops and markets. We stay for 72 hours only and we managed to go in different locations, restaurants and even a concert without the worry of how difficult it would be coming back home. I love spending evenings on the balcony with a glass of wine under the sky of Milan. I’ll come back for sure.

We had a truly wonderful stay at 12 Giuseppe Compagnoni in Milan. The location was amazing — in a quiet, elegant neighborhood but still close to everything. The apartment itself was beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything we needed. It was very comfortable and thoughtfully arranged. Davide, the manager, welcomed us warmly, showed us around, and made sure we felt at home right away. Overall, a fantastic experience — we would absolutely return and highly recommend it!

Luca hat super schnell geantwortet und war sehr freundlich- der Ausblick vom 11. Stock ist abends wirklich fantastisch- die Lage war auch sehr gut - hatten sogar einen Platz vor dem Haus für unseren Camper (Ducato) gefunden. Ich glaube wir haben die beste Lösung gefunden für unseren spontanen Mailand - Ausflug. Danke Luca.

I spent 8 nights at Roberta's space and loved every moment. The neighborhood is central without being in the middle of all the tourist crowds; very easy access to public transportation, restaurants, groceries, and pharmacies. A short walk from Milano Centrale. The space is appointed meticulously and quite lovely. The bed is comfortable and there is plenty of storage space. Nothing beats the balconies off the bedroom and living room. I had a wonderful experience and was able to see a part of Milano I'd never seen in previous stays. A+.

10/10 and great host as well. So friendly, helpful and multilingual. Trust me, the space looks even nicer in person. There are bikes and scooters for rent nearby, which I highly recommend for transportation since Ubers are crazy expensive. Bonus points for giving us an extra AC for the second room and a local beer for us to try. This is truly the best Airbnb in Milan for the price.

Great location, walkable from train station and some great restaurants nearby. Apartment was exactly as described, and Monica gave us clear instructions on how to get in. Also, we really appreciated that she was able to let us check-in early. Overall, we had a lovely stay.

Federica’s apartment was as pictured in the photos. It is bright, clean and decorated well. I loved the special touches like the live plant and the pictures on the walls. It shows that Federica takes pride in this apartment. The apartment is located within a few minutes’ walk of the central train station and the metro station. There are several restaurants and bars just steps away. Maybe I missed it, but I did not see a guest book. I wish she had provided some ideas of where to find great food in the area since there were so many places to choose from. My one disappointment was that the air conditioning was not able to keep the place cool enough. When I visited it was very hot in Milan. I turned the air conditioner to the coolest setting and let it run all day and night, but the bedroom was always too warm.

This place in Milan is perfect for an overnight stay near the train station, and also a great base for a longer stay to explore the city. The hosts were very responsive and accomodating of our late check in. The place was well set up, clean and tidy.

Me and my friends had a great time in Milan staying here. Marco had great communication and checking in and checking out was a smooth process. The place was clean, tidy and had a nice view from the balcony. The streets were quiet (mainly cause we were there over a weekend). There’s some really nice cafes nearby and easy 4 or so minute walk to the metro. Highly recommend this place! Thanks Marco :)

Great! we arrived very late and left very early so i dont have much to add but check in was smooth and easy, place was well connected, nice place with complete kitchen- nice balcony as well. seemed like it would be a lovely place to stay for a few days if you want to see Milan, would defo recomend

When in Milan, this is the place to be. It's just minutes from Milano Centrale Train Station, Duomo Plaza, La Rinascente (High End Shopping) The apartment is immaculate and very comfortable. The host Carlos definitely a Superhost who goes above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Very proactive and responsive to your needs and requests. He also has an extensive guidebook for a list of places to eat, how to get here and there. He just made things easy for us. We definitely recommend Carlos and his property 100%. Thank you Carlo!
