Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Città Studi, Milan

Silvia was very responsive and helpful. Place was clean and in great condition with everything needed and required available in terms of amenities.

We stayed in this apartment for 3 nights and it was ideally located for exploring the city. Doris was attentive and helpful and the apartment itself was clean, tidy and as described. If we ever return to Milan, we wouldn’t hesitate in staying here again.

It was close to the bus and train station, however far from the city center (30 minutes by train). The check-in by Julia’s mother was very smoth even though she don’t speak English. Lots of snacks, Nespresso coffees pods and toiletries available. As our flight was scheduled for 20:30pm we asked for a late check-out and Julia’s mother was very kind and allowed us to stay a few hours more than the regular check-out. Overall a very nice experience and definitely recommend it. If I ever come back to Milan, I’ll book this again.

We had a wonderful stay at Claudio’s apartment! The location was perfect—close to public transport. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described. Claudio was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

Was only in Milan a few days, and just needed a place to relax. This was an excellent stay. The location is a bit farther out of the central, so quiet. It is still very walkable. The building and the apartment are very clean and the apartment is nicely renovated. I would stay here again! 5 stars

This is a great place to post up when you are in Milan. It’s very close to the metro and the central train station. The apartment is beautiful and very well appointed. I appreciated the touches - like leaving coffee etc to make our stay easier! Also, for summer visits, the place has AC, which I surely appreciated given that it was 30C when we were there.

We had a lovely stay at Stefano's apartment in the Porta Venezia district. He was very welcoming on our arrival and the apartment was well located to transport links. It was beautifully decorated, comfortable and clean. There were fabulous views of the surrounding buildings and plenty of local bars/restaurants to choose from nearby. We can recommend it as a great place to stay and to experience Milan and we would love to come back again.

The hosts were wonderful & responsive - could not ask for better! The home was clean and well-appointed. Just as described! The enclosed patio was a PLUS. Location was perfect; 2 1/2 easy, walkable blocks to the Porto Romana metro station, 1 block from PAM (local, well-stocked grocery store) and MANY restaurants & cafes within 2-3 blocks. For a unique restaurant try VENUCCI just down the street. Excellent wine menu and pizza. Ask for Tonya - she’s a wonderful person and a nice host! Enjoy!

My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our city break staying at MariaGrazia’s place. The location was excellent and MariaGrazia was friendly and responded quickly to any queries we had. The place itself was lovely; very clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend it.

The apartment itself was spotless, very comfortable, and well-organised. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into creating a welcoming space, and as a guest, you really benefit from the clear and well-kept rules. The location is also a major plus—there’s a metro stop right outside, which made getting around the city really convenient. Highly recommend!

Great place to explore Milan. Just a few minutes walk to tram direct to piazza duomo and 20 minutes walk from the restaurants and bars of the grande canal.

I had a great stay! The room was very clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The bed was cozy and the space felt peaceful and well-maintained. It was also nice and bright during the day. I’d definitely stay here again!

Line and her husband were incredibly kind and welcoming hosts. They accommodated special requests and made everything feel easy and flexible. The home is a beautifully designed architectural gem, thoughtfully decorated. It has everything you need and is located in a pleasant residential area. A truly lovely stay!

It’s an easy Metro ride away to city center. Don’t let the fact that it’s not in the city center scare you away! It’s in very clean and quiet side of town where you can get away from the hustle and bustle. This location is about 10 minute walk away from the Metro/Train Station. It’s amazing and clean!!! Highly recommend!!!

The apartment was really nice and comfortable

We enjoyed our time at Alberto’s apartment which was well located within walking distance of Milano Centrale and all the important attractions. We felt safe and comfortable and were grateful for having a well appointed apartment, not lacking in anything. I would recommend this apartment.

Eddy's apartment is small, but perfect. The building's surroundings are very nice. The bathroom is impeccable: clean and with a very good shower. Eddy answers your questions immediately and in the apartment there is information about nearby restaurants, transportation, etc. It is also close to the Garibaldi station from where you can easily and quickly reach Malpensa airport by train. Everything was amazing. Highly recommended and I would stay there again. A 10.

I would definitely come back for the quiet and the extremely clean place. That was the most important for me.

We stayed with my husband for 3 nights! BEST PLACE EVER! The host is incredible, especially Mrs Mirella was the most kind, responsible, sweet person! Very easy to communicate, clear instructions. Mrs Mirella was waiting for us at the door!! Everything was clean, beautiful. Left instructions for local supermarkets restaurants etc! Easy access to metro. 5 min walk from milano centrale. 10 min by metro to Duomo.Definitely would stay again! Dont think twice, just book it! Thank you again for the magical stay 😊
