Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Città Studi, Milan

The hosts were wonderful & responsive - could not ask for better! The home was clean and well-appointed. Just as described! The enclosed patio was a PLUS. Location was perfect; 2 1/2 easy, walkable blocks to the Porto Romana metro station, 1 block from PAM (local, well-stocked grocery store) and MANY restaurants & cafes within 2-3 blocks. For a unique restaurant try VENUCCI just down the street. Excellent wine menu and pizza. Ask for Tonya - she’s a wonderful person and a nice host! Enjoy!

Eine super saubere und sehr ansprechende Wohnung mit allem, was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht! Top ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. Von Gewürzen, Spülmaschinen Tabs bis hin zu Reinigungs- und Badartikeln alles vorhanden. Super, super und nochmal super. Immer wieder gerne😉 Danke für alles😉😘

Der Aufenthalt in der Wohnung von Chiara war sehr gut. Die Lage ist super und die Wohnung sehr gemütlich. Leider hatten die Nachbarn einen Musikevent und die erste Nacht war nicht so erholsam🥴 Ansonsten ist es jedoch sehr ruhig. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder in diese Wohnung!! Danke für alles Chiara💖

Sono stato ospitato da Marcello nel suo splendido loft. Molto confortevole e fornito di tutto il necessario per trascorrere in serenità uno splendido soggiorno. La zona è molto ben fornita di servizi e di locali di ogni tipo e per tutti i gusti. Qualora dovessi aver ancora bisogno o dovrei consigliarlo non mi risparmierei nel dire che Alchemy Loft è proprio una bella realtà. Sicuramente ci tornerei se ne avessi bisogno.

Très bel appartement, neuf et parfaitement équipé. très central proche du métro. un grand merci de m’avoir renseigné un dimanche pour trouver une pharmacie… Federico est très serviable. nous reviendrons volontiers visiter Milan.

Abbiamo soggiornato in cinque persone presso la struttura per una sola notte, una coppia nella camera al piano terra, una coppia al piano superiore soppalcato ed una quinta persona nel divano letto al piano terra zona ingresso. L’appartamento si presenta pulito, arredato con cura, letti comodi, bagni puliti e ben insonorizzato. L’host si è dimostrato sempre reattivo per ogni richiesta in fase di prenotazione, fornendo inoltre informazioni utili per parcheggiare la nostra auto in zona. Le informazioni per il check-in sono state fornite in modo dettagliato. Unico appunto riguarda l’impossibilità di oscurare i lucernari a tetto, infatti chi dorme nel soggiorno e nel soppalco non ha la possibilità di oscurare o schermare la luce che entra dai lucernari, potrebbe essere uno svantaggio per chi, come nel nostro caso, preferisce dormire con il buio. Si tratta in ogni caso di una preferenza personale. Nel complesso consiglierei la struttura.

L’apartament es fantàstic! Molt net i agradable. Totes les estances donen directament a exterior i son molt lluminoses! Estava tot molt ben equipat. L’Stefania ha estat molt amable i atenta, donant totes les facilitats tant per a l’entrada com per a la sortida. 100%recomanable!!

Great, great place! And as important (more?), I great, great host! Marco is one of the truly great hosts! Location was great, place was spotless and equipped beyond expectations! I had lost my razor along the way, and to my amazement, there was an individually wrapped "shaving kit", along with other little kits of things people forget! I honestly don't recall more comfortable sleeps than my nights here! All around truly one of the best! Highly, highly recommended!

Verblijf was prima in orde. Behalve de hond die een paar verdiepen verder je elke ochtend wekt en de dag door blijft blaffen, vind ik persoonlijk storend. De locatie lag op 100m van showroom Paula Lenti waar we de ganse week als Domani een samenwerking hadden tijdens Salone 2024.

Ottimo appartamento sia per chi vuole visitare la zona, che per chi ha necessità di andare a Milano concedendosi un po' di pace nei momenti off. l'host, Diego, è stato impeccabile sia nella preparazione dell'alloggio che nella disponibilità durante il nostro soggiorno. sicuramente, dovendoci andare spesso, saprò dove alloggiare le prossime volte

We cycled the Milano San Remo Amatori, so this was the perfect base for our adventure as it was only 3km from the started. The house was very clean and had all the utilities which you needed, the host is super friendly and very responsive.

Luca hat super schnell geantwortet und war sehr freundlich- der Ausblick vom 11. Stock ist abends wirklich fantastisch- die Lage war auch sehr gut - hatten sogar einen Platz vor dem Haus für unseren Camper (Ducato) gefunden. Ich glaube wir haben die beste Lösung gefunden für unseren spontanen Mailand - Ausflug. Danke Luca.

“A Unique and Heartwarming Experience” The bamboo house, though made of wood, was truly unique and offered a different kind of stay. It was surprisingly spacious inside and thoughtfully equipped—Maria has done a wonderful job setting it up.they genuinely connected with us and made us feel welcome. We absolutely loved our stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for something warm, peaceful, and out of the ordinary.

Een heel fijn en groot appartement, in een buitenwijk van Milaan. Tien minuutjes lopen vanaf de metro. Giordano reageerde snel en had allerlei leuke tips. Verder kon ik tegen betaling later uitchecken, wat ook heel fijn was! Top appartement, ik zou het aanraden.

Very clean and well located, stylish flat in the heart of Milano. The host is very friendly and the communication was clear and without problems. If we plan to visit Milano again we would book this place anytime again :-)

We loved staying in this beautiful apartment in Milan. From the start, Alice was an amazing communicator and is very kind. The apartment itself is beautifully renovated and has absolutely everything you could need (including air conditioner and a washing machine, which was appreciated). The bed was comfortable, the apartment was very quiet and it was easy to get where you needed as it’s about a 4-5 minute walk to the tram and about a 7-minute walk to the Metro. It’s also doable to walk to the city center if you like to walk (about 40 minutes). Alice was a wonderful host - examples of extra touches included allowing us to drop off our luggage a bit early so that we didn’t have to pay for storage while we toured the Duomo, and checking in with us a few times during our stay to ensure we didn’t need anything. I highly recommend this apartment and would not hesitate to stay again should I find myself in Milan. Thank you Alice!

Gulia is such a lovely host! Very accommodating, responsive and caring. We really appreciated early check in, and bottle of wine was a nice touch too :) The apartment was just like in the photos - well decorated, clean and very spacious! We both enjoyed the location, there is so many restaurants and coffee shops just round the corner. Getting around Milan is very easy by public transport - the tram stops outside the apartment, and the metro station is only 2 min walk away. Best recommendations from us!

We visited Milan as a family of three to attend orchestra and opera performances at Teatro alla Scala. After arriving on an early morning flight, we were exhausted and sleep-deprived, but Stefano and Anna were incredibly kind to let us drop off our luggage before check-in. It was such a big help. The location is fantastic, just steps from the station and easy to get anywhere in the city. The apartment had everything we needed, including a kitchen and laundry, and we had a truly wonderful stay. Thank you so much!
