Great spot in a central location. Definitely recommend!

Our stay at this condo was exceptional. The condo itself was immaculately clean and well-maintained, with a modern and comfortable aesthetic. All the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay were provided. One of the highlights of this property is its prime location. It's within easy walking distance of a variety of shops and restaurants. Overall, this condo is a fantastic choice for anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and comfortable base from which to explore Salt Lake City.

Friendly host and a clean space. Everything you could need. Location was close to many things. Walkable or short uber ride. I had nothing negative to say about my stay😊

Gabe and Heather's Place in Block 44 was perfect for our stay. Their communication was outstanding, and they responded to messages and questions instantly. The location is excellent, an easy one mile walk to Downtown, and many restaurants. We ran to Liberty Park (a beautiful park) where there was a running path. The AC worked so well and was welcomed during our stay. We enjoyed the amenities like the pool and the gym. Great Airbnb!

We stayed a week, we really enjoyed ourselves! The location is very convenient to grocery stores and restaurants, and a short drive to downtown. Liberty Park is close by and a nice place to walk. The unit is really charming and well appointed, lots of hooks and shelves to hang your things. The bathroom is compact but there are hooks and shelves to place your things. We found the bed really comfortable and utilized the white noise machine some nights. Tanja was very communicative, when I had questions she responded within an hour. Overall the space feels well thought out and it is clear she wanted to make sure we were happy. We felt very happy to return to this space after a long day. Thank you so much Tanja!

Perfect place for a visit to SLC or Park City & ski resorts. Centrally located and walkable to awesome amenities like Liberty Park and Ninth and 9th with great restaurants, shops, bars (both about 5 min. walk). Newly renovated, cool, modern space above two operating businesses in an old building. Apartment has everything needed for a comfortable, convenient stay. Well-furnished & decorated; kitchen well-stocked and perfect for cooking entire meals or storing food on the go. Full-sized washer-dryer makes it convenient to refresh your wardrobe before heading home. One of the best Airbnb's I've stayed at in SLC over the years while our daughter has been in school (undergrad and now grad school). Andrew's a great host too! Responsive, accommodating, friendly. As far as being on a busy street (700), there is private parking spot for 1 car with easy access. Yes, there is traffic and some street noise, but it was not a problem. If you're a light sleeper, bring ear plugs and you'll be fine.

Stayed at a bunch of different units in this building, and my favorite are Tricia's. Furniture, bed, sheets are a little nicer than other units in general. Clean, as always.

Very responsive hosts, nice apartment, well furnished and stocked, indoor parking. The area’s popular with the homeless community, but they didn’t bother me when I was walking around at night. Shouldn’t be much of an issue if you’re smart. Right by downtown, in a hotel district, so very active

This was hands-down the cutest Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in! Every little detail was thoughtfully curated, from the cozy decor to the welcoming vibe the moment we walked in. It was spotless, charming, and truly felt like a home away from home. The place was fully stocked with all the essentials (and then some!) fresh coffee, cream, tea, snacks, all the little comforts that made our stay extra special. Keith was an absolute gem of a host. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, and his attention to detail did not go unnoticed. And the location, was perfect. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot, close to everything, yet peaceful and relaxing. We already can’t wait to come back!

We felt right at home in Mary Ellen's place. Everything we needed was there and we really enjoyed sitting in the backyard. We would stay again. We were there for business at the University and the location was very convenient.

This place was BETTER than advertised and the host is super responsive. I will definitely be staying here again.

Magali's place was awesome! So clean, exactly as described, very comfortable and the views were amazing. We felt welcomed, all communications we had with Magali were answered promptly and we felt very much at home. We are hoping to come back again soon!

The Artist View was perfect for our family of four. We had everything we needed for our three day stay in The Avenues above the city center of Salt Lake City. The couple lives above the apartment and immediately available for anything we needed. I would certainly return here again and recommend it to anyone who appreciates a lovely view. You will need a car and it is very hilly.

The location of Jace’s apartment was great! Near to grocery stores and a pleasant area for walking. It was the perfect size for our needs. Jace was very responsive when I reached out to him when one of the small appliances wasn’t working. He personally came to replace the appliance and it was nice to meet him. Thank you !

WOW! This is my favorite stay on air bnb (and my border collies). Beautiful, big back yard with tree swings, hammocks, large trees and mountain views. My pup and I bumped into the owner’s and their dogs only once (which was lovely!), so there’s lots of privacy if that’s what you’re looking for. The apartment itself was spotless and decorated so cute. They had so many little amenities— extra toothbrushes, cotton swabs, hair ties, etc. The apartment was very quiet, the only noise i heard was the occasional cute little footsteps from the dogs :) But even that was rare. The kitchen was great! I cooked at their place for every meal and the hot plate, coffee maker, electric kettle, and everything worked great. They also provided a dog bed, bowls, treats, and toys. Me and my pup felt incredibly welcomed, comfortable, and happy here :) I’ll be back soon!

Jeremy and his home were absolutely wonderful! a he was very detailed, responsive and helpful before and throughout our stay. The amenities were awesome and he gave us great recommendations for food and activities nearby! We would 100% stay again. We felt right at home!

Lovely and quiet apartment! All of the instructions and information made things so easy. The building itself offered some great amenities as well. I found the location to be excellent for walking to the various places I needed to be. My stay was so comfortable, and I really felt welcomed and at home. I’d love to stay here again next time I come to Salt Lake City!

Anthony was very welcoming and helpful! The place was very well decorated and had everything we needed. The view from the balcony is nice as well as the sun blocking curtains. We didn't use it but it was nice to see a kurig was available to use with lots of options! Not to mention shampoo conditioner and body wash already in the shower. I would recommend for anyone using the parking to park on the same floor you're staying on! The bed wasn't cheap, neither were the pillows! It was very enjoyable stay!

All as expected. Would stay again.

This apartment is in a great location perfect for what we needed. Very comfortable bed with a fabulous View.

I would highly recommend Jameson and Mindy's place. We only stayed here 1 night but wish we could've stayed longer. The neighborhood and surroundings are beautiful and conveniently located (~25 minutes from SLC airport) and the Airbnb itself is spacious and very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back in the future!
