Holiday rentals with breakfast in South Australia

We absolutely loved our stay at Karen’s place. The area wasn’t exactly what we thought but it did not take away from the beauty of this place. The extra thought that Karen has put into the supplies at the house was just wonderful. Having breakfast was a dream. Karen even reached out to let us know she would have the Airbnb prepped warm and lights on as we had a late check in. The place itself is just stunning. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay at The Merry Moose. It is impeccably clean and tastefully decorated, with many thoughtful extras. It is in a very handy location to explore all the beautiful Clare Valley has to offer. We can’t wait to stay again!

A gem, peaceful. fire place indoors made for extra comfort. outdoor bath, was a feature that set this apart from others! comfy bed and little extras like port on arrival, made the Old Milk an instant hit! self check in (and owners who live next door but we're not intrusive, made this getaway perfect for us) will be booking again for sure!!

This place is underrated to the max. One of the most unique and beautiful stays we could have. A small piece of heaven. Wished we were staying longer.

Nigel's place is warm, spacious, has all facilities and is great for exploring the Flinders. Especially well set up for Heysen hikers. He has thought of everything you need and is a generous, responsive and helpful host. Our 5 days was very comfortable here.

We needed a beachside place, not too far from home, to meet up with family we don’t see often. We were ecstatic to find this property available. The moment we reached out to the host, we got prompt responses. She was super accommodating & helpful start to finish. This property is a gold mine off the popular beaten path and we hope to visit here again in the near future. The home was stocked with absolutely everything we could possibly need and then some! The game cabinet was a huge hit with the whole family. The pizza oven was a welcomed extra. Waking up and walking on the back veranda to enjoy the sunrise was a dream! The pub, takeaway, deli and shops within walking distance was super convenient. The town wasn’t big, but it was enough & the home supplied everything we needed. Our kids loved the park right across the street as well. There’s no other way to explain our stay except that it felt like home & was a wonderful place to make memories with our loved ones.

Beautiful home, extremely well set up for guests, lovely rural views with some cute alpacas and sheep just over the fence. My 13 year old daughter and I stayed for a week of horse riding instruction nearby and felt so happy to be staying here in this gorgeous spot! We loved the kitchen and laundry facilities, and huge plus for the amazing hamper of breakfast goodies on arrival, as we had not been to the shops yet and has a lovely breakfast of bacon & eggs on first morning. Beds and pillows nice and comfy, and great amount of space in all the bedrooms and living spaces. Convenient to Meadows town with bakery, pub and cafes, and not too far from a supermarket at Mt Barker. We had a very comfortable stay, and would love to come again!

What a great place to stay. Old, but clean and specious with everything you would want including home grown tomatoes and homemade fig jam. the gardens, unfortunately affected by the drought, are great. We would have loved to see them in their full glory. The owners were great also and promptly top us up with a couple of items we were running out of. We would certainly stay again.

We had an amazing stay and the accommodation was exactly what we needed. We were provided everything we need for our four day stay. Melanie is very responsive and very helpful.

Jeremy's beautiful home was welcoming and cosy and we looked forward to getting back there after spending the day exploring Glenelg. We loved how everything was within walking distance which made traveling with children easy with a nearby playground, beach house, Mosely square and jetty road all within walking distance from the apartment. Jeremy's little thoughtful touches to the apartment for our stay were very much appreciated such as the bottle of Shiraz and chocolate on arrival and the beautiful complimentary body wash/shampoo which was all locally sourced. I had such a wonderful time with my little family and can't wait to visit again! (Maybe when the weather is warmer 😂) Thankyou Jeremy!

Nichols’s was really responsive, and incredibly helpful. As I was traveling with a baby, I asked if he had a port a cot - which he didn’t, but he went out of his way to purchase one AND even had it set up ready to go in my arrival. I was so grateful! Great space and ideal for 2 couples sharing or a family. Really nice and clean.

Our stay was wonderful as expected a couple of queries well attended to by our hosts thank you for a great stay. We hope to come back one day.

Rob and Ade are superhosts for excellent reason - They have truly prepared an outstanding accomodation stay for their guests, which is well-catered, warmly welcoming and truly all encompassing, down to the array of breakfasts, snacks and common household goods you forgot you needed! Plus extra! We truly want to thank Robin and Ade for allowing us to experience their welcoming abode. It was such a delight to spend time here with our little girl, who also enjoyed her time and was well catered for, too! Staying at Henri’s cottage was one of the most amazing dtays. The thoughtfulness that is put in to your stay with breakfast provisions, sparkling wine, snacks, it truly was a delight to stay. Enjoying a spa with a glass of bubbles before bed and waking to be able to cook so pretty amazing bacon and eggs was an absolute highlight. Thank you Henri.

Great accommodation nestled in the heart of the Barossa - a sub-30 minute walk into town, and very accessible to pretty much all parts of the region. The place itself was awesome, thoughtfully styled and great amenities (underfloor heating in winter was fantastic!). We were only here for two nights but would definitely stay here again if we came back for a longer trip.

Perfect stay, close to vineyards and easy access to surrounding areas in our list. Great host and very flexible for check in. Lovely little "extras" awaiting on our arrival and the next day on our doorstep. Cannot fault. Easy parking. Great location for town access.

Absolute standout accommodation for 2. What a stunning place. We enjoyed every minute in this delightful cottage/stable. Dropdead gorgeous inside and out with every comfort we needed (and more - thank you for the treats!). I expected something special after reading other reviews and Andy and Seona delivered. Thank you for sharing this beautiful, restful place. We loved it and we so enjoyed exploring the fascinating village of Mintaro. 15/10 would, and will, stay again. Favourite Airbnb ever.

Historic cottage perfect for a weekend away. The continental breakfast provisions meant not having to buy basics which was super handy. Loved the location and local restaurants.

As Gail is in the city, Ross is the Host at the cottage. He was very attentive & helpful. Ross provided perfect instructions for our arrival at the time of confirming our reservation. He cooks a wonderful breakfast & ensured we had sufficient wood for our fire to keep us lovely & cosy. We had a great stay & thoroughly enjoyed our time away with our little dog Zoe. I would highly recommend staying here

Excellent communication by Sandra, very friendly and made me feel like im at my home. The place was spotless, and the host had the fridge and the cabinets filled up what all the necessary items you may need during our stay, very thoughtful 😊
