We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Rose Cottage, the beds were so comfortable and it was lovely having the warm heater. We felt very comfortable for our long weekend stay in Adelaide!

David was a fantastic host. The house is beautiful and exactly how it’s described. Lots of space so perfect for a group or family to stay. Kitchen is well equipped. Lots of parking on the street as well as a double garage. Great location to base yourself while in Adelaide. We wish we could’ve stayed longer but will definitely be back. Thanks again David!

Awesome little cottage in the middle of the CBD yet in a quiet, secluded area. Close to everything and can easily walk around. We had a terrific weekend.

This is a really beautiful home in a great location in Adelaide. Martin is a very generous host providing everything we needed and more during our stay. We would definitely book Martin's place again and would recommend it to friends and family.

Great accommodation. Parking is an issue if you have a big car but this was fully explained to us. Also Saturday night entertainment across the road at the pub was loud, but switched off at midnight on the dot. Neat clean accommodation with all the required amenities, and in a great location for access to food, shopping and public transport.

This was my second time staying at Cathy’s place, and once again, it was a great experience. The apartment is in a very convenient location — just a short walk to Chinatown, with easy access to shops and restaurants. Cathy is a wonderful host; communication was smooth and she responded quickly to any questions or requests. The check-in process was easy, and the apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a short or extended stay. I really appreciated the thoughtful touches that made the space feel welcoming. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

David's place was neat and pristine. David was also very helpful and approachable. Will definitely recommend his place.

This apartment was well equipped with everything we needed for our 3-night stay, and is in an excellent position for exploring Adelaide. Andrew was a responsive, thoughtful host who even left us a bottle of SA red wine and chocolates to enjoy. Beds were comfortable and heater worked well during an Adelaide cold snap. We'd definitely stay again.

Not our first stay in these apartments and certainly won't be our last. Always very clean, responsive host and a great location!

Great location for walking round the city

We really enjoyed our stay. The autumn sun streamed in through the open balcony doors while we relaxed in comfort. City location great for a weekend stay. Claire provided everything we needed and more.

We had a lovely stay at Katherine's Airbnb. She was a super host - very responsive, helpful and generous. It was lovely to meet her after a long flight and have her show us to the apartment and explain things. The apartment itself was in a fantastic location opposite Rundle mall with some very very good food spots nearby. A short walk to the central markets if you want even more options. Plenty of coffee options around too. The apartment was the best equipped Airbnb we've ever stayed at - without feeling cluttered or junked up. The kitchen was fully equipped - even down to nice plastic containers we could put lunch in to take with us for the kids. Speaking of traveling with the kids, this Airbnb was great for that. Katherine kindly provided a high chair, a portacot and toys which made our traveling so so much easier. The enclosed balcony was lovely at all times of the day, and we weren't scared of our toddler climbing off. Thank you Katherine! Highly highly recommended.

Great find, great location, beautiful apartment and Greg was fabulously responsive and helpful. The apartment is really well laid out, large bedrooms & bathrooms, lovely dining area and a terrific balcony looking over a gorgeous parkland area. The free city trams are just around the corner with the Adelaide Central Markets just a couple of stops aways. Would highly recommend.

The apartment is cosy, comfortable, located in a quiet area on Flinders St. It within 15 minutes on foot to/from other eateries/F&B, supermarkets and Adelaide botanic garden. Also about 20-25 minutes from/to the airport. I really enjoyed my one week stay here. It’s highly recommended to other AirBnb members

The apartment was perfect. Easy to find (Alex sent great instructions and photos) in a central location and parking was super easy. The house was so clean and comfy I was sad to leave after only one night.

The house was very comfortable and Wru central location. Mary and Mark were very responsive and provided all the amenities! Really enjoyed the stay here and would recommend to friends and family coming to Adelaide!

Great stay everything as described. Need to update check out instructions. Keys and fob to be dropped in letter box for the apartment at ground floor upon checkout. Highly recommend would stay again.

Ian was a fantastic host. His communication and information was very clear and well thought out. We were there for a basketball tournament and the central location suited us extremely well. The walk up the street become a ritual in the mornings for a coffee. The place met our expectations with space and the basic essentials in the fridge and on the bench were of great use. The place was clean and tidy and well suited for our family of 4.

We had a fantastic stay at this North Adelaide apartment. The apartment itself was incredibly spacious, beautifully appointed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location on Melbourne Street couldn’t have been better, with fantastic restaurants and cafes right on our doorstep, making it so easy to enjoy the area. Linda was an outstanding host. Communication was excellent from start to finish. Check-in instructions were incredibly clear and easy to follow, and any questions we had were answered quickly and helpfully. It really made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. The welcome pack with tea, coffee, milk, and other essentials was very much appreciated, and the chocolates were such a thoughtful touch. Having access to the secure, gated car park was also invaluable, giving us complete peace of mind. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Adelaide.

Absolutely Perfect Stay in the Heart of Adelaide – 5 Stars! I stayed here and couldn’t be happier with my experience. The apartment is modern, clean, and well-equipped — everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay was right at my fingertips. The location is unbeatable, right in the city centre. It was an easy walk to restaurants, shops, the Central Market, and public transport. Despite being in the heart of Adelaide, the apartment was peaceful and quiet — a great place to unwind after a busy day. The bed was super comfy, the kitchen had all the essentials, and the balcony views were a lovely bonus. Check-in was smooth, communication was excellent, and the host clearly takes pride in maintaining a high standard. I'd happily stay here again and highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Adelaide for work or leisure. A real gem!
