Holiday rentals with breakfast in City of Parramatta Council

We had a comfortable stay at Shania's house. It is at the same time conveniently located to access all places in Sydney by car and train, but also also private, homely and a quiet neighbourhood. Shania is very accomodating and hospitable. The house was perfect and roomy for a family of 5, however we were meant to stay with my sister's family of 5. I don't know how comfortable the house would be for a group of 10 though. I am used to small cooking spaces for 5, it could be tight for 10, especially that there is no outdoor BBQ. We loved out stay there and recommend it for families.

Simon’s place was fantastic—everything matched the description perfectly. The surrounding area is lovely, with a big park right in front of the house, making it a great spot to relax. Simon himself was incredibly responsive, quickly answering any questions we had. Overall, a great stay, and I’d highly recommend it!

Danielle and her family were so accommodating and made our stay wonderful and unforgettable, especially over the holiday period. It felt like our own home, because it is their home. Our little one felt so at ease, enjoying the amenities at home, as well as the local parks and cafes. We were so grateful and lucky to have found this space. It is truly a sanctuary - there is some great energy here (everything just flows), and you can do as much or as little as you want. Thank you for being wonderful hosts!

Ideal for families, with plenty of parking. The spacious living room was great for gathering and chatting, bedrooms offered good privacy, and the kids loved running around outside. Everyone was happy!

I stayed here for three months with my adult daughter and our dog while we were selling and buying our new home and it was the perfect place for us during that time. The house was very comfortable, warm, and inviting from the moment we arrived. It was spacious with a lovely flow, and the kitchen, although small, was well designed and well stocked, making it easy to use. The outdoor laundry was very convenient, and the backyard was just right for our dog and a lovely spot to sit and relax. The location was excellent, with easy access to public transport and nearby parks. We always managed to get a parking spot right out the front, which made things even easier. It was also very quiet, which suited us perfectly. My daughter was working from home and the high speed internet was reliable. This stay made a potentially stressful period feel calm and manageable. I would happily recommend this place to anyone needing a comfortable and convenient home away from home.

Im so thankful that Tim accept my airbnb request as im so stress that my original airbnb host cancel me last minutes. (Her name is Yvone if you want to avoid booking her 🤪) The apartment so clean, and all the amenities good. The view from his apartment so good you can see little bit sydney harbour from the balcony. The place also walking distance with small mall with restaurants and supermarket. The area safe for living too. Its not really walking distance to the olimpyc stadium, its about 2,4 km walk. But if you happy to walk its really good to stay if you watching same concert or game in sydney olympic area. Tim is really responsive and good communicate, also polite. Reccomend to stay in his apartment.

Host was very responsive and helpful from check-in to check-out. Apartment was clean and modern with the bonus of an outside yard. Good location, walkable to restaurants, shops and public transport, highly recommend if you need to stay in the area.

Thanks for the last minute stay in WentWorth Point. Comfy bed. Appreciated the little supplies left for breakfast. $15 Uber ride to Homebush for sport tournament each day.

Had a busy two week work stay here recently, good location with access to all the amenities needed close by, restaurants, cafes and supermarket. Property is spacious snd open with everything needed to make the stay comfortable for the duration.

Our work hires a lot of Tim's apartments in Rhodes / WWP for our staff travelling from NZ - he's an amazing host, so responsive and accommodating and his places are always great. Thanks Tim!

Stunning apartment with perfect river view. Our dog Dobby loves the great sunshine on the balcony. Great location. 1 min walk to ferry station, and the ferry will take you to central Sydney in 1h. Better take ferry than drive. Coles, a few restaurants and Asian supermarket are within 5mins walk. The carpark has easy access and close to the lift. We will definitely choose this apartment again when we visit Sydney.

This Airbnb was an absolute oasis! It was the perfect place to decompress after busy times visiting family and exploring my hometown. The house itself was incredibly comfortable and perfectly set up for kids. We really appreciated the privacy and that it had everything we needed. Out of all our stops on a two-week trip, this was hands down our favorite. It truly delivered on that authentic "BnB vibe" with all the thoughtful little extras, which is something you don't always find on the platform anymore. Highly recommend!

Had an extremely wonderful stay at Harold’s abode! His hospitality and friendly nature helps in making you feel right at home! I enjoyed all the heartening conversations with him 🙂 I must also add that his two lovely pet dogs- Luna and Max are a delight to be around; calm and very playful. Coming to the room and amenities, everything is as described in the bnb post and we had no inconveniences whatsoever. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, homely and safe place to stay. Thanks once again, Harold!

Perfect place to stay for 1 night. Local to cafes, Bronte Beach and Queens Park. Warm and cosy with extra blankets for warmth. Beautiful flowers on display for our arrival! My favourite touch! The only thing that disappointed us was that we happened to be staying during a time of lots of construction happening on the main road around the corner, so it wasn’t the peaceful stay we were expecting. Lots of trucks passing by. Other than that, we were very content and would stay again.

Such an amazing air b n b! The house is beautiful and has been done up amazingly! Safe and quiet area just by the uni and easy to get the bus into central then trains wherever you want to go! The house felt super homely as soon as I got there and had everything you needed for a lovely stay! Would have stayed longer if it was available- would recommend it to anyone in Sydney!

We had a beautiful weekend away at Cox’s cottage. It was so quiet and the views, especially at sunset, were unreal. It was a great escape from the city to unwind for a few days! The cottage itself is so charming and Jeremy and Annette were very responsive.

Lea was very pleasant and welcoming. The property was quiet and private. The area in which it is located is very lovely. Access was easy and straight forward as per Lea's instructions. The amenities in the apartment were amazing and much appreciated especially after a long international flight. I would not hesitate to recommend Lea's property and would be happy to stay there again next time I'm in the area.
