The most important thing is the noise from the neighbors. No parties or drinking. Perfect cleanliness included. Lots of light, quiet neighborhood, metro in front ,you will love it. Especially for couples or people who are taking exams, there is no noise. It fits 3 people. Wi-Fi. Superquipado. For parking, there is a green and blue paid area, rent parking for a reasonable price, as long as I don't need it. Note, I reserve the entire weekend. There are supermarkets nearby, bars, park, etc.
