Charming apartment for 2 in central Madrid. It is very bright, with 5 balconies overlooking Argumosa street. It is located in the quietest part of the street, 250m from the Lavapiés metro, 250m from the Reina Sofía Museum and a 10 min walk from Atocha train station, where, among others, the Airport Express Shuttle arrives. It's a 2º floor without elevator. The mattress is new and very comfy, and there are blackout curtains in the bedroom. There's no Air Conditioning, but there is a portable fan.

Very well connected by public transport, just one minute walk to the closest metro station, direct commute to downtown and major entertainment venues in just 15 minutes. Access to the apartment is at street level, with self-check-in. Located in a quiet street, but with plenty of shops, bars, and restaurants nearby. It accommodates a maximum of 2 people, making it perfect for couples & remote work.

Nice designer apartment, very bright, newly renovated and with all new furniture. Very centrally located, next to the Embajadores metro and just a 20-minute walk from Plaza Mayor. Close to all the places of tourist interest and surrounded by all kinds of services for daily life. Best location, right in the center of Madrid! In the famous "Barrio de las Letras" - the literary neighborhood. Beautiful, clean apartment with lots of light in a historic building with elevator.
