Lucia was lovely to deal with and the apartment was beautifully renovated and had an old world charm. Walkable to many restaurants and the colosseum. A great spot

She was super friendly and understandable, she met us at the gate and let us inside. She took care of everything for us and gave great recommendations of how to get to the cruise ship from her place. It was about a five minute walk to the train/bus station that take you to the boat.

This is the perfect place to stay if you are visiting or hopping on a cruise like we did. It is only about a 5 minute walk from where the cruise busses pick you up (easy to lug large suitcases there). The house was clean and perfect for the night we needed. Aurelio was so kind and helpful, from picking us up from the airport in Rome to pointing out his favorite restaurants, he was very gracious and we couldn’t have done it without him!! We even booked it again to stay for a night after our cruise!!!

Super flat right overlooking the sea. Little balcony to sit and watch the waves. Right near train station to be able to go to Rome for a day. Promenade below had lots of nice little restaurants and a flat walk into the town centre. Flat quiet with windows closed, even at very busy time. All very well organised and clean, with a helpful host. As a solo traveller I felt safe. Ideal stopover a few days before embarking on cruise . Taxis for port from station needs to be thought through ahead . Best book your transfer/shuttle bus possible .- highly recommend this flat.

I cannot say enough great things about Francesca’s place!! Super clean, modern, and close to the supermarket! Less than 10 minutes from the cruise port and train station. Host even picked us up from the cruise port and brought us to her place. She also arranged for us to be dropped off at the train station at the end of our stay. Cannot say enough great things!!

melhor estadia que fiquei em todas que já fui , apartamento é top me senti em casa .Lugar tranquilo , praia limpa água uma maravilha ... Uma atenção a estação de trem que está em reforma se vc vai pra Roma , fica atento ao local de partida as plataformas não se ligam , tem que fazer uma volta grande na estrada . Uma estadia que voltarei com certeza !!

We had a wonderful stay. Location is fabulous- close to the water, a short walk to the free shuttle for cruises. The home was updated, very clean and had all the amenities we needed. Big king bed, large TV’s, great AC in every room. Daniel was an amazing host, very quick to respond, made dining suggestions and reservations, offered transfer. Definitely one of the best AirBNb’s we’ve stayed at. Highly recommend!!! Perfect for a pre or post cruise stay!

Absolutely loved our stay at this apartment in Rome! The location was perfect—walking distance to so many iconic sites, restaurants, and shops. The apartment was clean, stylish, and packed with amenities that made our stay super comfortable. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the city!

Wonderful host and pretty flats, exactly what you'd want: clean, nice locations and responsive hosts. This flat in particular was very spacious, comfortable, and with nice view as well! Everything you might need in the kitchen, comfortable bed, nice shower. The balcony is a bit small, but with a view like that and the nicely decorated living-room you won't even notice it. Honestly, it was a perfect stay.

We had a great stay at Valentina’s apartment. We stayed for 1 week. It was exactly as described and as in the photos. The apartment was very clean and everything you need is there for your entire stay. The furnishings are very comfortable and lots of choices for sitting. The view from the living room window was stunning, day and night. The bed was comfortable for a good nights sleep. Valentina communicated very well with us before, during and after. She even allowed us to check in earlier and met us in the piazza to take us to the apartment. She explained everything to us and later sent further information about how to get to the lake, restaurants and other attractions to visit. The information was very useful. The last part-the roof top terrace was very well used by us everyday. Amazing views. Would recommend.

Sergio was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. He gave clear instructions at all times, responded quickly with great recommendations for places to visit, and made sure everything was smooth. The place was clean, had a great atmosphere, and truly had all the accommodations we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing time at Francesca’s. The amazing view alone is worth every penny, but it was also so nice to be so centrally located and within walking distance to most of the major sites in Rome. The apartment was clean and nicely decorated with high ceilings and cool artwork. Francesca and Daniela were both very responsive and helpful. The bed was comfy and air conditioner was a bit loud, but worked well. We had to fight with the key a bit to get into the main entrance to the apartment complex, the trick is to push in a bit when you turn the key and hear it click, and then open the door, but we figured it out! Highly recommend staying here for your trip to Rome, the view is truly unbeatable and we didn’t feel guilty for staying in the apartment to rest for a few hours because we felt like we could experience the sites simply by looking out of our window!

Claudio’s place was perfect for our stay before our cruise. He was super helpful with recommendations in the area and even got us a private driver to pick us up from the airport. He gave clear directions where to go to the cruise port. He also stopped by when we checked in to make sure everything was good for our stay! We would definitely stay again

Very helpful especially during train strike picking us up from the station. Beers and water in the fridge very welcome. Apartment is close to train station and only one street back from lovely sea walks, so very convenient. Thanks very much Monica and Stefano 😍

Stefano’s place is lovely, loads of space and everything you need. Lots of places to eat close by and the metro just a short walk away to take you right into the centre of the City, literally a few stops away. The outdoor area is just perfect and a great way to relax after a busy day! Stefano was always quick to respond on everything before & during our stay. Would highly recommend a stay here if visiting Rome.

Our stay at this Airbnb villa from June 11th to 14th, 2025, was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived until our departure, everything was simply five-star. First, the villa itself is excellent. It's beautifully appointed, comfortable, and truly felt like a luxurious home away from home. But what truly sets this property apart is its incredible, central location. We literally walked to every major attraction! The Vatican, the Colosseum, the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain – everything was easily accessible on foot, which saved us so much time and hassle. Exploring Rome from such a convenient base was an absolute dream. Beyond the fantastic property, our hosts were simply phenomenal. They were incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our entire stay. They went above and beyond, even arranging all of our transportation for us: from the airport to the villa, to the cruise port, and then back to the airport. The place is in a great location. The market is a hop away and the cafe downstairs makes a very strong Americano. There were some issues out of their control in regard to luggage drop off and communication was spot on. This did however lead to a delay in the turn over and the place was still being cleaned at 4pm. There was a comment about the linens being old and that is definitely true. The towels are old and the comforter was worn. However, the location and price are unbeatable

Conveniently located close to Fiumicino airport. Easy parking and spacious rooms.

just like the pictures. great instructions for entry, albeit complicated. tub was great, AC was great, bed and linens were great, and the price was around 160euros for me, so the value was good in comparison to similar listings in the area. it's quiet until nighttime when noise from 4 floors down at the restaurants of Trastevere get going and they go late, so the earplugs were useful. the elevator was scary, because it wobbles back and forth, but worked. I was grateful for the rest and the bathroom felt like a luxury after many weeks of much smaller accomodations.
