Nice spacious pool house with modern feel.The crocodile (statue) in the floor is a cool feature and the area is super nicely located at the river Marne with lots of walking and cycling space. Playground and little cafe in the park within a few hundred metres. Very convenient for travel into Paris by RER. Bakeries and supermarkets all in walking distance. You stay on owners property which is just stunning and has parking too. Friendly hosts that are very responsive.

What a beautiful house in the country! Plenty of space, gorgeous backyard with lots to do & a convenient patio for dining al fresco. Nicholas was super helpful, responsive & a valuable resource. 15 min from Versailles & a quiant little village with friendly people, a beautiful church, and all the necessary shops within walking distance. Lots of hills in town & lots of stairs in the house so if you have health restrictions, 4 floors of living space & outside stairs might be challenging. If not, go for it. It's an absolute paradise in the country, perfect for relaxing, for hosting and for exploring a more leisurely pace of life. Great stay at Angelique and her husband's place. Angelique was super flexible about our late arrival, and was always friendly and accommodating. The accommodation is brand new, very clean and very functional. Also well located if you want to be close to Paris by transport, while being quiet, with in addition parking spaces often available. We loved our stay and recommend it 100%

My family and I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Tarik's place, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, Tarik welcomed us with incredible warmth and a personal tour of the entire home, showing us each room and every amenity. Madalena was a wonderful host from the start. Before arriving, she always responded quickly to any questions. Once at her house, she was attentive to any need I might have, doing everything to make me feel at home. The house is fully equipped, with everything you might need. Very well decorated and very cozy. Very well located, a 10-minute walk from the train station and with buses 2 meters away. The area where it is located is very quiet and safe. Thank you Madalena for your hospitality!!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Fatiha’s apartment! Our family of six adults felt very comfortable—the space is incredibly spacious and well laid out. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything we needed for cooking, and both the air conditioning and water heater worked perfectly throughout our stay. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a big bonus for us. Overall, we were very happy and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Highly recommended!

Perfect location: quiet neighborhood but very close to the city center (30 min by train, €2.50 ticket). The apartment is amazing, has all the necessary amenities, is spacious and comfortable. It also has a terrace from which you can see the top of the Eiffel Tower. We felt at home. Alexis was always extremely attentive, responding immediately to our questions. The only downside was the 10 a.m. check-out time, which seems early to us.

Had a wonderful stay!! The apartment was absolutely perfect, fully equipped with everything you will need. It is just down the road from the metro so you can easily get anywhere but even just Bourg la reine was great with some nice local restaurants and cafes, even just if you want to go for a nice walk about. Hadi the host was brilliant, gave clear instructions, recommendations and was always happy to help. We couldn’t have had a better time 🤩

Nathalie and Paul are really excellent hosts. They were always responsive and had given us recommendations for our queries. Also, they provided a child bath tub and high chair for our baby. The apartment was lovely and cosy with all the amenities you need just like you are at your own home. The neighbourhood was quiet and peaceful. I would 100 percent recommend.

Federico’s place is not easy to describe. It is an extremely tasteful decorated Haussmann apartment, yet it feels totally home. It’s in one of the best possible locations in Paris (my ultimate favorite area), you can walk anywhere and metro station with 1 minute walk. The interior is even more beautiful than the photos, as Federico made enhancements with top notch design elements. It is a very rich experience to spend time in a beautifully designed space if it’s designed by someone tasteful for themselves, not for a rental place for the sake of decoration. There is a prize winning famous patisserie with 1 minute walk with the best croissant, which made us enjoy incredible breakfasts on the terrace while one person enjoying Pantheon and the other enjoying Note Dame. The nights were also delightful in the terrace with your wine and hard to beat Parisian view & flowers. The communication with Federico was perfect and he helped us with everything even though we had many questions✨

We spent three nights at Yves's place. The accommodation is conveniently located at the entrance of St Cloud. With the tram just below the building or the metro on the other side of the Pont de St Cloud, it's very easy to get around Paris. Access to the center of Saint Cloud is facilitated by an escalator in front of the building. The apartment is freshly renovated. It is well insulated and has all the modern equipment you can expect. Everything was perfectly clean and tidy for our arrival. If we have to stay in St Cloud soon we will book again with Yves without hesitation.

The location was very quiet, very close to the subway. Even the apartment was very clean, it had everything you need. The only downside was the shower.

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

First of all, I'm new here and have no way of comparing. We were 2 couples for 3 nights in the accommodation. There is a toilet in this apartment, which is usually sufficient. The bathrooms are somewhat unfairly divided. In the large bedroom, there is a large shower directly in the room. This is definitely the better choice. The smaller bedroom has only indirect access to a bathroom which is very small and has a mini shower. That's enough for a shower, but it's not exactly comfortable. The living room is huge. The kitchen too. Unfortunately, there is no dishwasher. Not everyone needs it, but it should be standard. There would be plenty of room for it. The carpets in the living room do not have a good grip on the concrete floor. Right in front of the kitchenette, it wasn't exactly safe. The residential unit has no air conditioning. This is unfavorable, especially in the summer. The view is priceless. The view over the city is fantastic.

Everything was perfect at Franck's. The place, the location… We came to see a match at Roland Garros and it was ideal. Our host was kind enough to wait until 1 a.m. to welcome us since we had worked all day and had come from Strasbourg. He is incredibly kind! I would recommned this property. And I'll keep the contact details safe for a future visit!
