An excellent and cozy apartment, not far from Paris itself. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Public transportation took a lot of time due to the apartment's distance from the city, but overall everything was just great!

Vi var meget glade for vores ophold i denne rummelige og nyrestaurerede lejlighed, beliggende i et roligt og autentisk område i det 16. arrondissement, hvor man mærker, at folk virkelig bor og lever. Beliggenheden er ideel med kort afstand til både Roland Garros og resten af Paris. Vi nød især terrassen højt oppe med fantastisk udsigt og masser af sol – et perfekt sted at slappe af. Vi vil meget gerne leje lejligheden igen ved næste besøg i Paris!

Katia was very responsive to our questions throughout our stay. The location is amazing! It's within a 10-minute walk to the Palace, and there are many restaurants on the street from which to choose. It was fun hanging out after dinner with the windows slightly open to hear the din of the people in the street below. It was quiet at bedtime and the bed is very comfortable! There is a pedestal fan in the bedroom if you need a little airflow like we do. The two flights of stairs are not steep, but they are of course old and a little uneven, so think carefully if you have balance issues. Highly recommended if you want to be close to the Palace.

I have a family of 5 and we enjoyed staying at Chi’s Airbnb. It was a short walk from the metro. It was a quiet and safe neighborhood. We enjoyed the location and the toys available for the kids, they had something to do after a busy day of sightseeing. It felt cozy and comfortable. I would stay again.

Logement très agréable calme et bien aménagé

Federico’s place is not easy to describe. It is an extremely tasteful decorated Haussmann apartment, yet it feels totally home. It’s in one of the best possible locations in Paris (my ultimate favorite area), you can walk anywhere and metro station with 1 minute walk. The interior is even more beautiful than the photos, as Federico made enhancements with top notch design elements. It is a very rich experience to spend time in a beautifully designed space if it’s designed by someone tasteful for themselves, not for a rental place for the sake of decoration. There is a prize winning famous patisserie with 1 minute walk with the best croissant, which made us enjoy incredible breakfasts on the terrace while one person enjoying Pantheon and the other enjoying Note Dame. The nights were also delightful in the terrace with your wine and hard to beat Parisian view & flowers. The communication with Federico was perfect and he helped us with everything even though we had many questions✨

Perfect place for access to the expo centre only 20 mins walk away. Laura was brilliant, met us with a smile even though our flight was delayed and it was well past midnight when we arrived. It felt very French, not tourist focused. There is a fresh food market right across the street on a few mornings a week. The available food was delicious. Just around the corner is a wonderful square with all the small artisanal food establishments you would expect in France. The smells were incredible. The flat was nice and cool even though it was very warm (for Scottish people) in France that weekend. Real shame we weren't staying longer!

What a beautiful house in the country! Plenty of space, gorgeous backyard with lots to do & a convenient patio for dining al fresco. Nicholas was super helpful, responsive & a valuable resource. 15 min from Versailles & a quiant little village with friendly people, a beautiful church, and all the necessary shops within walking distance. Lots of hills in town & lots of stairs in the house so if you have health restrictions, 4 floors of living space & outside stairs might be challenging. If not, go for it. It's an absolute paradise in the country, perfect for relaxing, for hosting and for exploring a more leisurely pace of life. Thank you so very much, Nicholas, for letting us stay at your beautiful place. We absolutely loved it!!!

Es war eine sehr schöne saubere Unterkunft mit allem, was man braucht. Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist genau vor der Tür. Außerdem hat man mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ganz in der Nähe. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war wunderbar

Un très beau petit studio, parfait pour 2 personnes ! Proche transports (RER B et bus 390). Christel est très accueillante. Rien à redire sur cette location !

I immediately felt at peace when I walked in. It was a clean and picture perfect apartment. I mostly enjoyed having my morning coffee (nespresso) in the sun room. Lastly , the neighborhood was beautiful with lots of restaurants and local grocery stores.

We had a wonderful stay at Fatiha’s apartment! Our family of six adults felt very comfortable—the space is incredibly spacious and well laid out. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything we needed for cooking, and both the air conditioning and water heater worked perfectly throughout our stay. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a big bonus for us. Overall, we were very happy and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Highly recommended!

Le séjour était top! Le studio convient très bien pour une à deux personnes max, il est bien agencé, le lit est très confortable, il y a un accès à une buanderie avec machine à laver et sèche-linge. De plus, il y a plein de commerces à proximité et les transports sont à deux pas. Enfin, l’hôte, Olivia, est très aimable et réactive.

Die Lage war sehr ruhig, ganz nahe von DER U-BAHN. Selbst die Wohnung war sehr sauber, es war alles dabei, was man braucht. Einziger Minuspunkt war die Dusche.

Que dire de cet emplacement… INCROYABLE!!! C’est encore plus beau en vrai! J’étais un peu craintive vu que je voyageais en solo mais pas du tout; super sécuritaire comme endroit! Et Kazumi, ben on voudrait tous l’avoir dans notre famille! Elle m’a même offert des petits gâteaux au départ 🥰 Je recommande fortement cet endroit. J’espère y retourner un jour! Merci!!!

Tout était parfait, propreté impeccable, logement très agréable, j’ai beaucoup apprécié la literie et notamment les draps. Nous avons pu récupérer le logement dès que nous sommes arrivés à Versailles, grâce aux hôtes réactifs. À recommander.

Nice flat, was clean and quiet at night. The sofa bed was comfortable. Lovely area with lots of restaurants and bars nearby while not being too busy. Very near the metro so easy to travel to other parts of Paris.

Hier gibt es nicht viel zu sagen. Sowohl die Wohnung als auch François waren einfach spitze. Selten habe ich einen Vermieter wie ihn kennen gelernt, der so schnell auf Fragen reagiert hat, allgemein alles so perfekt vorbereitet hat und proaktiv nach fragte, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Wir waren rund um zufrieden.

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. Het is heel schoon, ruim, goed vindbaar en de host is ontzettend vriendelijk! Duidelijke instructies, meedenken over het alvast neerzetten van de bagage toen we aankwamen. Het is een goede uitvalsbasis. Let wel op dat je er zeker een half uur tot 3 kwartier over doet ( met de metro) om in het centrum te komen. Daardoor is het wel echt heel rustig en dat is fijn aan het einde van de dag! Bedankt Audrey :-)
