It is the lower level of my home and is a separate, private area with it's own entrance. My home is listed for a max of 2 adult guests. Very spacious inside and outside. 17 miles to Sedona, 11 Jerome 3 mile from Old Town Cottonwood which has great restaurants, 5 wine tasting rooms antique shops and boutiques I do live here and take great care of my home.
