It’s a brilliant location. Go by train all around Perth -6 minutes’ walk to the station . Need to shop , walk 200meters down the road and you will find a Coles super market. A bottle of wine, Liquor land. Both open 8am till 9pm weekdays. Fern coffee lounge for a coffee or maybe breakfast or lunch open from 6am till 2pm . Beach 5 minutes in a car. The house . Very different .Large open plan living with high ceilings and loads of light and modern decor
