Monthly Rentals in Clarksville

Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay or for better hosts! Aletha and Terry were wonderful (as was Zorro, the cutest host you'll find, i can assure you!) Check-in was a breeze and it was impossible to feel anything less than At Home. The Tiny House itself is attached to the back of a free-standing garage so privacy is guaranteed and they didn't push for any in-person greetings but you'd be missing out if you didn't stop and chat with them! The Cabin is small but it's incredibly functional and the bathroom, specifically the shower, was a particular bright spot; not many standing showers are so spacious! The door to the bathroom is barn-door style so, if you're uncomfortable with being heard in the bathroom, keep that in mind (maybe bring a radio or Bluetooth speaker.) Also, the driveway is a little tricky but, if my car can handle it, just about any car should. Do take it slow, though, there's lots of wildlife that might be out and about. A 5-star Cabin with 5-star hosts!

The only thing I would have changed about my stay would have been to stay longer. The property is located on a very private and peaceful area of Ada and has a cool path directly to the Grand River in the back yard, along with a fire pit. The space itself is very clean and modern, with more than enough for a comfortable stay. Next time we are in town, we will definitely be staying here again!

We had a lovely stay in the coop! Susan is very helpful and communicative, and nurtures a warm and welcoming environment. The house is spacious and comfortable. We'd love to come back!

Honestly first time renting an AirBNB. Host were great they answered countless questions for me and the other guest. The place its self was perfect, amazing lake and views and the late night fires were great. 10\10 recommend this place!
