If you’re headed downtown, let Uber or Lyft drive you the short distance for $6-$8. There you will find top-notch restaurants, sporting events, and of course an array of live music venues. Our central location is ideal for venturing out to all locations of interest in the Nashville area, including Bluebird Cafe, Loveless Cafe, The Hermitage, the Natchez Trace Parkway, and so much more. Your upstairs unit faces a side street and sits at the back of our corner lot. Common Area: Enjoy a great night’s sleep on a new king-size Stearns & Foster mattress with a ceiling fan above. TV Area: Sit back and unwind playing board games or card games provided or watching cable channels or streaming from apps on the Smart-TV. The queen sleeper sofa includes a very comfortable memory foam mattress. Kitchen: Enjoy the kitchen well equipped with essential cookware and appliances which includes a refrigerator, oven, and microwave. A one-cup coffee maker and ground coffee is provided for those who must start the day caffeinated. Coffee, sugar/sweeteners, salt, pepper, and cooking oil is also provided. There is even a designated spout for filtered water. Shared Laundry: For your convenience, a full-size washer and dryer are provided along with detergent. The Laundry area is shared with the upstairs unit in a neutral space between units. TV/WiFi: You have free wifi access for your smart devices as well as a Smart-TV in the living area with access to streaming and cable channels. The bedroom has a flat-screen TV. Bathroom: Large shower, towels, toilet paper, bar soap, and shampoo are provided, along with a hair dryer and a small clothes steamer. Front Porch: Table and chairs are shared with the other guests. The main floor is an open concept with a living room with TV and kitchen, and a half bath. On the second floor you'll find the master suite, two other bedrooms, two full bathrooms as well as a laundry room. All bedrooms have smart tv's. The third floor is a large bonus room with foosball table, bar, dining area and half-bath.
