Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Clatsop County

First off, I’d like to say that this is by far, the best Air BnB we’ve ever stayed at! We’ve stayed at a few others that were very nice but this one is just on another level. It was extremely clean. Everything was very organized. All the instructions were written in detail and very easy to follow. I can honestly say that there isn’t one thing that could be done to make this place any better. Christina and Kevin were great hosts. Whenever we head back to this area, this is the only place we will stay. Even if we need to book our vacation around the availability of staying here. 10/10 Thank you, Christina and Kevin!

What a beautiful, thoughtful home, lovingly curated by Ron and Shannon. Their kitchen and bathrooms were all generously stocked with amenities, their garage is full of games, their library is full of books. We felt entirely pampered, and it is clear that this house is very much a peaceful refuge, as well a spot to stay and enjoy yourselves! We were very comfortable with our dog and our child. We cannot recommend highly enough!

This cottage is quaint with little details that make all the difference! We will definitely be booking here again!

So close to the beach! It’s definitely an older house but it was perfect for a fun weekend on the beach with our dogs.

This home was in a great location. The beach is a short walk. We found lots of sand dollars during low tide. The beaches are clean and you can walk for miles. We spent our days exploring the area. The home is a short drive to Hug Point and Cannon Beach. The home was very comfortable, clean and the kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans for cooking. The only thing missing were coasters for our drinks. We had an amazing visit and would stay again.

There are a lot of great things to say about this cozy home. The best part is the proximity to the beach. Furthermore, the part of the beach we accessed easily from the home was further away from the more touristy access point, without sacrificing an amazing view of Haystack Rock. It was relaxing with all the comforts we needed. The gas fireplace made the living room so cozy, especially after coming back from watching the sunset on the beach. We were minutes away from the restaurants and shopping yet far enough away to have very peaceful evenings. I would definitely book this again!

This was our 3rd stay at the Gaea house - a great experience as always! We love the location and dog-friendliness, neighborhood is quiet and just off the beaten path. All listed amenities worked out perfectly. Especially noticeable was how clean the place was upon check-in - absolutely spotless - which is very refreshing after the long drive from Spokane! Thank you for another great Mother’s Day weekend in Seaside!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here. It's the little details that matters, and the host had thought of every little detail to make the place convenient to the guests as well as super proactive and communicative to ensure that we have a great time here. Cindy's cottage was the perfect place for our quick family weekend beach getaway. The cottage was very clean, comfortable and well located near the beach and the promenade. We enjoyed our stay and will be back.

My wife, dog and I had a great stay. Exactly what we were looking for close to the beach. We love Gearhart! So easy to load up the truck and drive right out onto the sand to spend the night listening music next to the campfire and playing with the dog.

Great condo, quiet and the indoor heated pool was nice for our daughter. The fresh foods market was very convenient and was nicely stocked with a good selection of food during our stay.

Absolutely gorgeous view! I watched the sun set from an over-sized chair in the living room while shoving pizza into my face. The 21st century offers little finer. The next morning my dog and I hit the beach at low tide and found all of the biggest sand dollars I’ve ever found. A great time at a beautiful location!

This was a fantastic getaway and stay in beautiful Seaside, OR. Good location right on the promenade, and very close to restaurants, activities, aquarium, coffee, shopping. We walked everywhere and didn't need the car. Lovely full windows and patio door with a balcony that has views of the ocean. Comfy furniture, no AC (but didn't need it.). The beds were very comfortable and we slept well. I would say that the place doesn't have good noise insulation, and we could hear everything happening outside and in the residences around us. This wasn't an issue for us since we can sleep through anything, but if you are a light sleeper and/or can't handle extra noise, you might want to steer clear of this place. For us, it was absolutely fantastic.

Started out shaky due to cleaning service, not Austin. The unit cleaning was incomplete, no bed linens etc dirty linens piled in front of W/D closet after long day of travel arriving in the dark of night. Austin quickly responded and offered emergency clean the next morning, refunded cleaning fee and partial refund of rental. After check out the cleaning service did come to the rescue securing a watch left behind-so all in all great response. Unit is dated but sort of family beach vintage. It’s comfortable with easy beach access. We had a great stay and enjoyed evening wine on top floor with partial water view.

This was one of the comfiest airbnbs we have stayed ! It was not only a beautiful home they had eveything you could need ! Beach chairs for use and a kite a dog leash if needed. It was clean and more than accommodating! The scene of the beach from the windows was beyond beautiful! Almost wanted to write a bad review so no one else would rent this gem lol! Thank you cindy we very much enjoyed our stay !

Great old school coastal retreat. A little expensive for an Airbnb in my opinion but that seems to be the trend at the Oregon coast these days (with the all fees etc we paid ~1000 for a two night weekend stay). We tend to pay only a little more than this for an entire week at the beach in Waikiki or island stays on the east coast for comparison but at least we didn’t have to buy plane tickets ;)

Recently stayed at Jura's place for Goonies 40th Anniversary celebration in Astoria. The location is great for seeing the 'Goonies House' and there is a Safeway very close and the famous coffee shop is just round the corner but you do need to drive into town to get to all the main shops, restaurants, museums etc so if you don't have a car this might not be the best location. The view from the window is of the water which is very nice, hearing the Sea Lions barking was actually really nice but the very noisy traffic less so - would recommend taking earplugs. The apartment has alot of character and had everything we needed, no TV or table to eat at but that wasn't too much of an issue for us. Everything was clean and lots of lovely new towels. Jura was the perfect host, great communication and lots of great recommendations. Would stay here again.

Beautiful condo on the beach! It was quiet and wonderful. Between the comfortable bed and the ocean we slept like babies. ☺️ We had everything we needed!

This was our second time staying at the Barnacle. Arch Cape is a great central location to Cannon beach and Manzanita. The beach seems private, we had it all to ourselves a few times. Very peaceful location with a very short, flat walk to the beach. Amazing tide pools and stream to explore at low tide. The beach cottage is rustic which adds to the charm and experience. We started a fire in the stone fireplace and played board games on a rainy evening. The kitchen is well equipped for preparing meals. John was kind and helpful. We’d love to stay here again.

Gorgeous spot overlooking the Columbia. Watching the barges roll by, seeing the moonlight on the water - this is a special place. Would stay again

It is easy to understand why Peter and Kezha's home is a guest favorite! While the house is not new, the experience the hosts have created is luxurious. The kitchen is an experienced cook's dream, the dining space delightfully romantic, the upper level blissful to whichever couple scores it, and all of these spaces are set to stunning views of the Columbia River with its wild life and shipping lanes. The house is secluded, and yet right in the heart of any adventure one could possibly want to have in this area. My wife and I along with our two canines walked to beaches, the nature reserve, and along the sloughs. We were kept thoroughly entertained by the variety of birds visible through the windows, and enhanced by the binoculars thoughtfully provided on the various window sills. We were there for a long weekend, and each day stretched out with a perfect blend of adventure and relaxation. As my wife said, "this is our new favorite place!"

LauRena is an exceptional host!! What truly stood out was Lauren's warmth and genuine hospitality. She was always available to answer questions, offer recommendations, and share her local knowledge, making my stay not only enjoyable but also enriching. Lauren's kindness and thoughtfulness created a truly memorable experience, and I highly recommend her as a host.

Elizabeth’s place is truly special and so is she. The garden, the dock, and the house were beautiful and just what my daughter and I were looking for for a weekend away together. Elizabeth was so kind to our dog, treating him like a guest. She gave us great tips on bird and animal sightings, great places to eat, and even made a special trip to make sure the temperature was comfortable. I can’t wait to come back.
