First of all, the house is in a prime location. The old town of Goslar is entirely within walking distance and in 5 minutes you are on the market square, great! Also important: the house is very complete and comfortable. Everything seems to have been thought of in terms of facilities. We appreciated the toys, always nice not to have to bring them with us on a trip. The bed also feels luxurious and comfortable. Personally, we like a slightly more atmospheric interior, but that is different for everyone. The host is very friendly! The house is quietly situated on a courtyard, overlooking old roofs and half-timbered houses. If you want to stay in Goslar, we would absolutely recommend this house!

Despite the delay on our part, the check-in with the trains was quite friendly, we were very nicely received. We spent a weekend at Ute's. And had a nice time with friends. Checking in and out worked well. The house is beautifully furnished and the kitchen invites you to cook together. The kitchen is well equipped and in general there are enough refrigerators and a freezer. There are many places to sit in the yard, whether under the oak tree or in the deck chairs. Ute answered all questions quickly and is very friendly. We will be happy to come back.

It was just great, dear Maren! Even with 6 people and a baby, we had enough space in your house, especially the super-equipped kitchen and the terraces we liked very much. We highly recommend your house.

We immediately felt comfortable in Elke's house. For us and even for our dog there were welcome snacks, everything was very clean and we lacked nothing. The furnishings of the house, the great garden with attention to detail and the many things that were ready for our dog we have rarely experienced so far. We booked Olgas and Ralf's place for our family holiday with 7 adults and 5 children and are thrilled! I think I have never lived in a home that fits so perfectly for the stay of large groups, especially with children, and is also so lovingly and very stylishly furnished. The apartment was very clean, modern and nicely decorated. It also smelled very good. The view of the countryside invites you to relax and we were able to make good use of the surroundings, such as the Innerste Talsperre for SUP and windsurfing, with a short drive there from the apartment. Very nice, renovated apartment.

We were at Tim's for a birthday weekend. The accommodation was nice and large and the view was fantastic. Unfortunately, we could not use the beautiful balcony because it rained permanently - but the electric fireplace created a cozy alternative here. The apartment was well equipped and everything important you need was available. However, the road to the accommodation was really very broken and full of potholes, so great caution is advised here. All in all, we can recommend the stay with a clear conscience!

My son and I felt very comfortable at the place. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is really very narrow but very well equipped. There were many small details that are often missing in other apartments. We will be happy to come back!

Olivia is a great hostess. We found their apartment exactly as it was described. It is lovingly decorated and very comfortable. Everything you need in a vacation apartment to feel comfortable is there. In addition, Olivia provides her guests with care products, some basic foodstuffs, if a purchase was not possible, and a delicious 🍷 wine. We can fully recommend the apartment, a free parking space is available and the residential area is totally quiet and relaxing. After our hikes in the nearby area, we were able to sleep like a log. We spent a week in Olivia's apartment and could have stayed longer. It was our first visit to Bad Sachsa and certainly not the last. A good infrastructure ensures a comfortable stay. We would love to come back and thank 🙏 Olivia for the wonderful stay. 🤩👍🏼

We spent a few nice days in Goslar with our friends and 2 young children. The place was super nice, perfect for our needs and left nothing to be desired. All communication and handling was friendly and straightforward. If we travel to the region again, we would immediately choose this apartment again.

The newly renovated apartment is beautifully furnished in a typical Harz house. It was clean and more spacious than it looks in the pictures. The beds were comfortable and cozy, the surroundings quiet and beautiful. From there, you can start all sorts of excursions in the Harz. Falko also provided a hiking guide and various suggestions for spontaneous activities. Games and books are also provided for rainy days. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

We stayed at this place for a weekend and were very satisfied. Sascha is a very kind host who values the satisfaction of his guests. The place was in a quiet area as described and you were right in a beautiful forest with great hiking opportunities. We were here with our dogs, for whom this environment was an absolute dream - of course for us. The apartment was lovingly prepared and clean, which is always very important to us. We definitely recommend this place for people who love nature and want a cute place to stay. We definitely want to come back! :)
