Built in the early 1940's, this cozy 1 room lodge is just the place to get away from it all. Great room is open concept containing double bed (which is a murphy bed!), a twin daybed, kitchen, living area w/ TV, dining. Laundry, bunk bedroom, and bathroom are located off of the main room. Property owners live on adjoining lots. 2 adults/2 kids ideal.

From the wrap around porch, you can listen to the rapids cascading into Claytor Lake. A boat launch is conveniently located less than 1/2 mile away offering free river access. (Please note that the river is not directly accessible from the property). It is the perfect location to play, relax, or both!

Large flat yard is perfect for outdoor activities beside the water. Nearby access to New River Trail. Well behaved dogs are allowed with prior approval. You must keep dog leashed during visit.
