Cottage 108 - Cleggan

Overview: Set at the edge of a working harbour, in the beautiful fishing village of Cleggan, this delightful property commands magnificent views of Inishbofin Island. It features French windows leading out from the well-presented open-plan accommodation onto a furnished terrace, in which to sit and observe the ever-changing vista. Built and furnished to a very good standard, it is close to a range of amenities; shops, restaurants and pubs playing traditional music, as well as outdoor activities including horse riding, sea angling, golf and boat trips. The nearby sandy beaches, pretty villages, Kylemore Abbey and the wilds of Connemara National Park all beckon exploration. The market town of Clifden is only 7 miles, or approximately 10-minute drive, and has a wide array of facilities, shops, bars and restaurants. Facilities: This cottage has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 6 persons. Wi-fi is included. Ground Floor Accommodation: Upon entering the property entrance hall offers access to all ground floor rooms. The living room is well presented with timber floors, comfortable suite, gas fire effect fireplace, TV and DVD player. The wooden kitchen and dining room is very well equipped with all necessary equipment and modern conveniences including dishwasher, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave and electric cooker. Coastal views can be seen through French doors from the kitchen and dining area. A bathroom with bath and overhead shower, handbasin, WC and sauna room complete the ground floor accommodation.There is also a washing machine and dryer in cupboard in the downstairs bathroom. Upstairs Accommodation: The upper floor of the property has 3 bedrooms. The bedrooms consist of 3 double bedrooms with one ensuite shower room and toilet. All bedrooms have wooden floors and furniture. There is a bathroom also with WC and hand basin. Gas central heating. Heating and electricity are charged on usage on departure by caretaker. Bed linen and towels provided. No pets. Cot and high chair available. Small garden with terrace, garden furniture and BBQ. Wi-fi
