We want to return!!! The Dwelling Place was adorable, cozy, perfectly appointed, and perfectly located. We loved the way Susan made the MOST of the space ... she thought of everything to make The Dwelling Place feel like home away from home.

Margaret thought of everything we needed and had it waiting for us. Her place is very clean, stocked, bedroom cozy & comfortable, location is convenient, and her garden of every variety of beautiful plants is amazing. We enjoyed our stay and will hope to again next time we’re in the area!

I can’t speak highly enough about this incredible spot… Just a perfect little place to stay in the quaint little town of Seneca. We spend a lot of time in Clemson and will be staying here every possible chance. Super impressed with everything! So many details thought of! Felt right at home! 10-STAR

This place was ideal for our long weekend visit to Anderson, SC. It was near to a great supermarket and convenient to everything in the town. The place was spotless and fully equipped, including laundry. It felt immediately like home.

My husband stayed at Yvette's place for a work trip. it was nice and peaceful and relaxing. Beautiful setting. we would definitely recommend her place for future visits

Great spot. Just what I needed for work and proximity to Pendleton and Clemson for things to do. Was simple, clean and comfortable, and nice and quiet. I would definitely consider staying there again.

Stayed here recent for Clemson University graduation. The place is brand new and was perfect for us. The 1st floor bedroom was great for my elderly mother and all bedrooms were spacious with their own baths. Central is a cute little town and only 12 mins away from Clemson campus. Will stay here again if we come back to Clemson.

The place was just as described! Beds were comfortable and place was very clean. Linton Realty was very responsive and helpful (esp when we locked ourselves out!) The condo was in a nice quiet area with lots to do. Highly recommend!!!!

Great communication. Easy to park in parking deck right next door and very reasonable daily rate ($7/day as of this booking 6/2025). Easy to get luggage to apartment. Check in was super easy. Nice restaurants around and shops on North Main St. Bricktop and Jones Oyster Co were the best food we had. Apartment was super clean. The only thing is the mattress definitely needs turned or replaced. The side closest to bathroom was deeply grooved out. Lots of pillows and blankets tho, which were nice. Still it was a great stay. We enjoyed sitting on the back patio tho the cushions definitely need replacing too. Not the most comfortable. Would stay here again tho. The communication and location and cleanliness was spot on.

Beautiful townhome everything was as described! Very clean! A very quiet neighborhood close to downtown. If you are looking to book for a weekend trip to Greenville this is the place for you! Kiro was amazing and very understanding when it came to the kids not wanting to get up on time for checkout.

The accommodations were great. Just as described by the property owner on AirBnB The layout is very open. The closets are huge. The kitchen had more items than I’m used to seeing in an AirBnB kitchen; spices, cooking oils, storage containers & foil. Very useable kitchen for a quiet night in. There is an upscale Food Lion within walking distance & a CVS pharmacy around the corner that stays open late (even the pharmacy). The location is just 5-8 minutes from downtown Greenville and a very easy drive. We were attending a wedding & reception that was near Travelers Rest but chose Greenville because of everything to do & everything so close by. Christopher was very responsive to a couple text that I had. And is taking care of mailing me my keys that I left in one of the drawers that his cleaning staff reported finding (before I even noticed). I really apprectate Christopher’s help resolving this. Will definitely book with Christopher again next time I’m in Greenville. 5 Stars

Well, I didn’t personally stay at Sharon‘s place, but my mom did and she couldn’t have had more positive things to say about this property. It will be her new go to home away from home while visiting the grandkids. 10/10.

My family and I absolutely enjoyed our little getaway here. The first night we woke up to it being over 85 degrees in the home but Tami was quick to respond and immediately had two window A/C units placed in the home to keep it cool. We are already talking about our next adventure and staying at this location again! Thank you Tami for allowing my family to celebrate the Easter holiday here!

Jess was an absolutely fantastic and amazing host. She gave us suggestions on things for our dog who has bad anxiety and events that took place while we were there. We came for a family reunion and got everything we needed to wind down on their peaceful property. Walter was a gem too. We automatically looked for him when we left and came back. He’s an addition adorable fur host as well. We will definitely rebook this property each time we are in the surrounding areas. You definitely will find this a rare jewel in the area!! 🫶🫶🫶🫶

The time we spent at Heron's Roots was wonderful. Waking up in the morning overlooking the lake filled us with such peace. It's a place with beautiful vegetation and filled with many little birds that captivated us with their singing. San and her husband are wonderful people and very attentive, making our stay very pleasant and making us feel at home. Upon arriving in our hometown of Orlando, we were already missing the place and the peace it offered us. Thank you, San & Karl, for sharing such a beautiful place. my stay at Tracy's not only met but exceeded my expectations, in fact I got so comfortable after a while I forgot I was in an Airbnb and started to actually think it was mine. comfortable and clean I got a fantastic night's sleep every night and the location was great to get anywhere I needed to go and Tracy is a terrific host she's friendly and anything I needed she was on point to help out. definitely recommend....

Al & Tara were friendly and responsive from booking to check out. The place is a nice size. Everything was spotless and the bed was cozy. The only thing they may have said in their description and maybe I missed it but there isn’t a kitchen sink in the kitchenette area. This was fine with us because we were visiting our son at Clemson and didn’t spend much meal time in the apartment. We highly recommend.

Loved our stay at Hideaway House! It was cozy and warm and quite close to the stadium and campus! The beds were SO comfortable and the entire place was super clean! Highly recommend staying here when visiting Clemson!
