There is No Dock on property!The boat launch at Stamp Creek is .5 miles away so bring the boat and load up the family and enjoy. Clemson is only 17 miles away so its a quick drive to catch a game! The house is 3 bed rooms, each has its own private bath. The 500 sq. ft. back porch has built in BBQ and sink with a fridge to store the favorite beverages. It has a 70"big screen.

We have a deep water cove with fire ring, decks, dock, and stairs to gangway, parking for 6 cars, woods and lake on 3 sides, a variety of restaurants nearby. Clemson Marina is 1 cove away. Clemson golf course is across the lake. We are PET FRIENDLY with a max of 2 dogs. There is a $75 pet fee. Read the house rules concerning pets.
