Holiday rentals with a patio in Clichy

The apartment is rather nice. The property was sufficiently clean. It has all the necessary appliances. The instructions are very clear. Everything was very good.

Astrid's apartment is impeccable, completely refurbished, in an extremely quiet neighborhood (we didn't hear any noise), very courteous and charming neighbors… We slept very well, the accommodation is functional and very tasteful (which doesn't spoil anything and everything was very clean. The view is just incredible although a little far from Paris, even if it is obviously well connected... Impeccable for a tourist stay where you take your time. Astri was very proactive, her indications were very clear and received in a timely manner. Thank you again Astrid… Like the previous comments: you can go there with your eyes closed!!!

What a beautiful home! I felt instantly relaxed and calm here, its beautifully decorated and you will have everything you need, the house was quiet and a very comfortable bed too. I would love to come back one day!

Amei every detail of the apartment. Super comfy bed, wonderful pillows. The kitchen had everything we needed, the bathrooms working everything and neatly organized. The totally safe place, we arrived at night super late and the region totally safe. Towels are fluffy and smelling, with soft and smelling bedding. Cleaning is ten. I will definitely return with my family. The host completely understood us everything. Thank you!

This is a fantastic place to stay. First- the view is amazing- sitting above the rooftops you can see what feels like the whole of Paris and the Eiffel tower clearly. Second, the apartment is so charming and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable for two adults. The decor is thoughtful and feels very bohemian French- just lovely. Finally the neighborhood is full of bustle and charm. Metro, nightlife, cafés, boutiques are all easy walking distance. We had a wonderful stay in Paris and Eva's place was a big part of that!

Great stay at Alexandre's, a little further from the center but really easy to access by public transport. Very clean, really happy to have known this quiet and safe neighborhood.

We loved our stay at June's place! We were 2 adults and 2 kids (5 year old and 2 year old) - the apartment was easy to find (we appreciated that it was close to a major landmark) and the instructions were clear on how to enter - though I admit my husband had to be the one to open the door since I never got a hang of the key! June had a pack and play available for our little one, and my son loved having the 2nd floor bedroom to himself (note the stairs are steep so take care!). There was also a baby gate to block off the stairs if needed. The view from all the windows is beautiful and so Parisian. The location was great for us - we walked to the Tuileries Garden often (the kids loved the playground), we caught the bus to the Eiffel tower (easy with a stroller), and used the nearby Taxi stand to get back to the train station at the end of our stay. Thank you June for all the recommendations and for being so communicative before and during our stay - we only wish we had a longer stay!

You may be put off by the price, but don't be. Compared to a luxury hotel, this is much better. Exceptional in every way! I can really recommend this for a romantic and relaxing stay.

Great apartment, only five minutes to reach the train. So easy access to Paris. Clean apartment with all necessities. I was very pleased!

This house is too beautiful to be real. Design is cured in all details with high end kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need. A true gem in Montrouge which will leave you speechless upon entrance. Jacuzzi and Amam area makes you feel in a luxury spa. Host is very responsive and helpful. so far, one of the best stays ever experienced!

This home was ideal and spacious for our group of 10 (5 Adults and 5 Kids). Location was also very convenient with grocery store, shopping center, bank/atm, restaurants and delicious bakery within walking distance. I was a little concerned about there not being any AC however we didn’t need it. Home stayed nice a cool and fans were available in every room. Neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe.

I had a lovely stay at this place. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and as described. Ms. Milka is a very welcoming, kind and respectful person. She really knows how to put people at ease and makes herself available if you need anything. We immediately feel at home. Thank you again for your hospitality and kindness. The four of us had a wonderful stay at the villa Elizabeth. The house is comfortable and tastefully decorated. The three bedrooms are independent, giving everyone their privacy and the beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped and even has a temperature controllable water kettle which we loved. The bathrooms were spotless, the towels were soft and there were nice soaps in the shower. The electric towel heaters were a nice luxury too. Since the weather was beautiful we also very much enjoyed the private outside terrace. The Versailles palace is only 5 minutes away by car and parking at the palace was easy. Having a grocery store in the street just a few minutes walk away is a nice convenience too. There is no parking on the property itself but it was usually not an issue to find free street parking. Noėmi was super responsive before and during our stay. I highly recommend the Villa Elizabeth for anyone visiting Versailles who wants to stay in a nice, comfortable home.

We really enjoyed our stay at the photographer’s house. We were two families traveling with four kids aged 10-15 and it was perfect for that. The kitchen was well stocked, lots of attention to decorating, and a fun new area for us to explore in a new area of Paris. The Communale Saint Oeun was a big hit with us for dinner. While the house is spacious and close to the metro and amenities like restaurants, antique markets and bakeries, it could sometimes be a long trek to spots in Paris - one night out was an hour each way to our restaurant - so just be aware when booking. Julien was a great host!

Olivier is a great host. Always responsive and proactive with checkin/checkout. The place matches what is listed. The 11th was a great neighbor and felt very local with many restaurants near the place. Highly recommend

Eva’s apartment is a lovely place to stay. It’s bright, cozy, and with a great atmosphere. The terrace is definitely a highlight, perfect for enjoying a meal or a drink outside. Eva has been a wonderful host She has been very flexible and always quick to respond to any questions. Everything went smoothly. Highly recommended!

Ideal for attending an event at the Stade de France and returning very quickly on foot, with a parking space under the building.

I had a great experience staying at Sanaa's place in Créteil! The apartment is extremely clean, very well maintained and equipped with everything you could wish for, really thought out to the smallest detail. Sanaa pays great attention to cleanliness and comfort, which you notice immediately upon entering. I was particularly impressed by her incredible attention: During our stay it was very warm outside, and Sanaa got us a fan without hesitation and brought it to us personally - that was really very accommodating and shows how much she cares about the well-being of her guests. I can fully recommend this accommodation, five stars are absolutely deserved! If you are looking for a reliable, clean and warmly cared for accommodation near Paris, you have come to the right place.

This place is a 10/10. Marie is super communicative met us upon check in and gave us a tour of the apartment going through everything we needed to know. The locations is beautiful and peaceful but very close to shops and local amenities in a short walking distance. The apartment was very clean and tidy
