Waitrose-5 mins away, Addington Street - 3 mins away; which has cafes, a mix of shops and a couple of fabulous bars. The house is light, spacious, full of areas to relax, whether in front of an open fire or relaxing to watch a movie. The kitchen is open plan and chatting whilst cooking is encouraged. There are lots of great restaurants on the doorstep too. It is perfect for families (with kids) and big groups.
