This was a great apartment in a great location. Beautiful views of Perth and very comfortable stay.

It’s my 8th stay here and i am always satisfied with the location and the unit itself. The host is very responsive and friendly. Fully recommended 👍 and of course its a place i would be in my few more upcoming trips😉 keep it up Anthony 😁

The place was as described, with a spacious balcony offering great views. Living area was a good size. The apartment is located in a quiet building with no noise issues. The area is pleasant for walking, with a park and river views nearby. An excellent French bakery is within a 10-minute walk (it is on Rachele's suggestion list). Rachele was responsive and helpful. Overall, a good experience.

We had an amazing time staying at Geri’s. Her house has all the amenities we needed. Equipped with rice cooker which we love because as Asian we eat rice everyday. Lol. The TV comes with Netflix so thats great too for our kids to watch at night before they go to bed. The surrounding is great. Safe for family and easy access to convenient stores, supermarkets, restaurants and public transport. It is also not far off from the airport and an easy drive to the city. No dryer but she has a washer so if you do your laundry you can hang em to dry with the hanging rack she provided. All in all, it was a pleasant stay at Geri’s humble abode. 😊

Mariam’s place felt right at home. She was responsive and clear with with the check-in instructions.

We had a great stay. Bonnie is an excellent host and was really helpful with any questions we had. The units are secure with both a key lock mesh door & key coded front door. Lovely little units with good air con, smart TV and anything else you’d look for in an AirBNB. Would recommend!

Great location - close access to trains & buses, set in the area of some lovely Federation homes. The apt worked well for my needs plus it was clean & neat, and Geoff & Lyn provided good written instructions for check in. Heater & hot water were both very good. Supermarkets within several blocks. Good communication with the owners throughout stay who answered my queries quickly. Would stay there again when visiting Perth for sure.

I am the second out of two guests and unfortunately, I have not had the pleasure to meet Fiona in person but my partners word is as good as any so here goes! Let's start with the host: Fiona is lovely. She's friendly and a pleasure to interact with. We hope we were too Fiona. Thank you for everything. The place: Spotless and pristine. Kept so well and has every little thing you could think of, when staying in temporary accommodation. We stayed here 4-some weeks and were left wanting for nothing. Au contraire! The view we had. Uff, now this was the icing on the cake. (Almost) every evening, we had the view of the river and a beautiful (breathtaking) sunset. I'm not one for taking photos of everything but for sunsets like these, I've made the exception. With only our very best wishes, we bid your beautiful family home adieu.

We enjoyed staying at the appt as it was super near to Westfield. The appt was nice and cosy and relatively quiet. The 'helpline' (manned by a team) was responsive and helpful. Do note that you will need to walk for 1-2 mins to another building to collect the 'key' and then to use that 'key' to retrieve the main appt's 'key'. So it could be an issue if it’s raining. You will also need to go to that building in order to replenish the supplies needed in the appt if you are running short of it. Nevertheless, we will be happy to stay in this appt again if we are back in Perth.

Sonya is a great host! The apartment was easy to find.. despite it being so close to town it was quiet and peaceful and being 7 months pregnant the bed was my highlight!! Soft and comfortable!! Spotlessly clean with a well stocked pantry, washing detergent, and bathroom amenities.. IGA is right in front of us so it the bus stop.. we have booked the apartment again for the end of this month .. that says it all !! 😊thanks Sonya!!

Lydia’s place was really lovely. Clean and tidy, modern and not cluttered. And everything we needed and more. The wine, chocolate and chips were a lovely gift. Location was great, close to CBD and easy to drive to nearby attractions. Thank you so much for letting us stay in your apartment. Would highly recommend it to others.

The apartment is so nice and new , feel like home when we get there . It’s cozy and warm . Very tidy and quiet environment Z close to carousel which is perfect ! We have a very good stay !

We enjoyed our stay at 3 on Whatley. The unit is compact and had everything we required. The location is ideal for cafes, restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. Also just a couple of minutes walk from the train station. The small patio is good for sitting out. Privacy and shade are provided by the exuberant foliage including hibiscus with wonderful pink flowers. We would happily book this again.

We had a wonderful week at Marcella’s place in Perth! The home was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was great—close to shops, cafes, and public transport, yet tucked away in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Marcella was a thoughtful and responsive host, providing clear instructions and helpful local tips. We especially appreciated the cozy outdoor area and the little touches that made us feel at home. Would definitely stay here again!

Thank you Zak for a lovely stay. I appreciated how safe I felt as a solo traveller. I really loved how everything you needed was available within very close walking distance (supermarket, shopping) and ubers were easily available. I really liked my stay. Thank you Zak for being accomodating with my check out time.

Tara’s place was perfect for our 4-day Perth trip—clean, comfortable, and budget-friendly. The location was excellent with plenty of great restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay again!

What a great stay. Steven was so easy to communicate with, and nothing was ever a drama. The apartment was so clean and quiet and I would not hesitate to book this room again. 100% would recommend this to family and friends or anyone wanting a nice place to stay in Perth.

Close to shops and restaurants ! Short walk to the Bell tower. The apartment was equipt with everything we needed . our trip was so special and think the apartment made helped to make lovely memories this was a friends reunion Two from the uk one from Perth one from Melbourne . Evelyn the host also gave us complimentary late check out till 11am Which was much appreciated My husband booked this for us as we live in Perth . The apartment is located in an ideal spot in Northbridge. Every detail of this apartment has been meticulously crafted. The joy of using the coffee machine each morning was unmatched. Shabi, the host, went above and beyond by offering assistance even up to my check-out, giving me a ride, for which I am very grateful. I am already longing to return to this wonderful place.

We had a lovely time staying at Adams place. Totally deserves its 5 star reviews. Adam was very quick to respond to any query. The apartment is perfect for a couple to relax and enjoy Scarborough in comfort. Close enough to stroll down to the action but tucked away in a nice quiet area. Beautiful apartment-well kept and maintained. Instructions were spot on. View was spectacular and it was incredibly comfortable. Unfortunately the clothes dryer wasn’t working, but other than that it was flawless!

Amazing stay at Justine & lans they were super easy to deal with even when I was super difficult locking my self out. And we’re super understanding of my inability to reply whilst heading to work
