Absolutely loved our stay at Wanderglen! Perfect for two people and a pup—peaceful, private, and surrounded by nature. The views were stunning, and we had everything we needed, very responsive helpful hosts to top it all off

The Hideaway

TimRating, 5 starstoday
Kathy is a great host - very friendly and welcoming. There were plenty of provisions for us in the kitchen which were most welcome. The flat is much larger than I’d anticipated from the photos and was very clean and comfortable - I wish we’d have spent a few more nights there during our trip to the west coast of Ireland. Thank you Kathy!

Luxury home with private pet farm.

CeliaRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We all loved staying here. The children cried leaving the animals behind. The teenagers even loved the walk in the forest. We’ve promised them we would book and stay again. Edel and Kevin were just the best hosts, so thoughtful, even before we arrived and met them they were thinking about how our stay could be made better. We arrived quite late on a wet evening, the fridge had goodies and the fire was lit. So inviting. Thank you so much for a memorable trip.

Crillaun Cottage

Grrat wee spot...especially if you love being im the middle of the countryside and love fishing as its beside the river Moy. I was away for qork amd juat wanted a quiet little place where i could cook my own meals and chill. It was perfect for that. It was homely and comfortable. Aoife and her beautiful daughter were great hosts. Aoife recommended lots of places to walk.

Murphy's Cottage

DerekRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
A perfect place for a city family to get away in the country. There is 13 acres of land out the back with the river Moy at the end of the garden. As the land is uncultivated it is natures beauty at its best. The river Moy itself is stunning. I like the area as it is half an hour from the sea and the towns of Knock, Westport and Achill Island. Altogether a perfect place. The house itself is a little dated but as it was summer the heating wasn’t an issue. It also had central heating and a fire. I would strongly recommend this to give kids an authentic taste of original Irish countryside. I personally enjoyed sitting outside on the deck chairs admiring the scenery and listening to the birds singing.

River Cottage Retreat~Sauna~Cold Plunge~Waterfall

ViktorRating, 5 stars6 days ago
Our stay at River Cottage felt less like checking into an Airbnb and more like stepping into Anna and Luke’s thoughtfully curated retreat. Nestled beside a usually gentle stream, the cottage offered a rare kind of quiet. We found ourselves unwinding in ways we hadn’t expected. As if the place itself were helping us silence the usual rush of thoughts. The sauna and cold plunge, discreetly positioned at the water’s edge, added a touch of simple luxury. They blended seamlessly into the natural surroundings rather than standing out as flashy extras, even when lit up at night. We explored the surrounding area by car and found Sligo to be the perfect complement to the cottage’s peaceful seclusion. My wife and I already feel drawn back to this little slice of Ireland - eager for another chance to recharge in the calm that Anna and Luke have created. We’re also looking forward to seeing their next ideas come to life.

Riverside Retreat - Cottage in Foxford Town Centre

AubreyRating, 5 stars6 days ago
The property itself is so peaceful and relaxing. The garden really does back on to the river and the property comes with Lassie, the resident dog. There is a delightful pub a 3 minute walk away as well as a restaurant serving good meals. We stayed in Samantha’s place for 3 nights and we will definitely return. We have stayed in many Airbnb’ s around the world and tend not to return to the same place twice but will definitely break the rules insofar as this property is concerned and will return very soon. We would highly recommend
