Piscina compartida con los propietarios y otro alojamiento temporal para dos personas. A 45 km de Madrid, con excelente acceso en coche y autobús. Un hogar con encanto y diseño moderno, con 3 hab: 2 con cama de 1,50 y 1 con cama doble. Cuenta con 2 baños, uno en suite con vestidor. Todo está preparado para que vivas unos días únicos. Piscina privada de cloración salina con lona térmica, plancha para barbacoa y aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones para tu máximo confort.

It has two floors with 4 spacious and bright rooms (3 with a double bed and 1 with 2 single beds), 2 full bathrooms with shower, fully equipped kitchen (with dining area and laundry room) and full living room with sofa bed. The village where it is located has a swimming pool, paddle tennis court, children's playground and numerous spaces for activities and outdoor walks. Enjoy and relax in an unbeatable setting!

It is not a cottage, although its surroundings are, it is undoubtedly a good combination of modernity in rural environment, ideal to enjoy and relax surrounded by nature and tranquility. It has the attractiveness and comforts of a current and modern house, where light is the main protagonist. Its patios, perfectly designed, transmit peace and quiet, its plot has an extension of 180 m. We are located just 9 km from Ávila Close to Police School. We allow pets.

Take the whole family to this fantastic house that has plenty of space to have fun. Less than an hour from Madrid or Ávila and 40 minutes from Segovia, you have beautiful villages such as Villa Castin, hiking trails and everything you need to relax or have fun. We have 3 bedrooms, two with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds, as well as a sofa bed. Additionally, you have two full bathrooms, a dining room, a side table and an equipped kitchen.
