This is the third time I've stayed with Marcelo! the apartment remains impeccable, organized, clean, comfortable and functional. As I am already used to it, I know what to take in the apartment so as not to be in need. If you're staying for the first time, the host responds super fast! The location: close to Cocanha and Massaguaçu beaches, close to good restaurants, markets and pharmacies! Easy exit to Ubatuba

Our stay was wonderful! The place is exactly as described, super clean, well equipped and cozy. We felt very welcome and comfortable every day. The location is excellent and the host was always attentive and helpful. We definitely recommend it for those looking for a peaceful and enjoyable experience.

The great place to stay, especially if you consider the distance from the beach, the otimos kioskes and the square next door that has a lot of trailers at night. It is very close to Cocanha. Quiet and comfortable but the building and the apartment has stairs then beware of the size of the bags or shopping. In addition, the owner is super attentive and clarified all doubts, 10, I recommend it.

The space is exactly the same as the photos, except for the view, which is even better in person! Everything very beautiful and comfortable. Denise is a great host and was super attentive during the stay. We'll be back for sure!

We really enjoyed our stay, the house has all the necessary utensils, a comfortable bed, a large shower stall with a super nice shower, everything was very clean and organized. The location of the house is excellent, a few meters from the beach and close to restaurants and shops in Pereque. When I return to Ilhabela, I will prefer to rent this place again.

The space is very well organized and clean. It had everything we needed for three days. My wife and I felt at home. The space is located on a side street in the middle of the historic center of São Sebastião, so it is possible to explore the entire historic center on foot, without any difficulty. In addition, there are markets, bakeries, shops and restaurants nearby, all of which can be reached on foot. The parking provided is very useful. Driele was a great host, gave very useful local tips and we were able to have a great experience this first time in São Sebastião.

Hosting place organized, clean, well decorated…everything impeccable and with a lot of whim. To feel like you're at home. Near great shops, market, Farmacia, etc…We really like it and we are already thinking about coming back.

We had a wonderful experience! The accommodation is exactly as in the photos: clean, well equipped and very cozy. The location is excellent, close to the beach and in a quiet area, perfect for resting. Juliana was very attentive and helpful throughout the stay, always available to answer questions and give tips about the region.

Excellent place, had everything we needed , well equipped . Very good location, stand in the sand, delicious pool, pool restaurant with attentive staff and delicious food!! Supermarket right next to the building, very practical . Manoela was attentive and kind all the time!

Great family accommodation. Comfortable, safe, clean, spacious, bright, airy apartment, well located and easy to access with quick check-in. Located in front of the beach and in a strategic location to go downtown or to explore/visit neighboring beaches. The host is extremely attentive and her answers are quick and decisive. This is a great place to stay in Caraguatatuba/SP.

The apartment is very wide and close to the beach. The kitchen is complete with all the utensils we need during our stay. The hosts are very helpful and helped us quickly whenever we needed it. I highly recommend this AP and whenever possible we will return.

The stay was wonderful. Marcelo is extremely attentive, he answered all the questions. The apartment is small, but that's exactly what the listing describes. We were in 4 adults and two children and the apartment served us super well. I think it would be tight if they went to 6 adults, as we cooked too (if it's just for sleep, 6 adults are quiet). The apartment was clean and well-maintained. The apartment is fresh. We use the kitchen well and do not miss anything. We used the bathtub of the building and it was delicious. We will return to this apartment and recommend it.

We love not only the location but the reception! It's the same as photos, hosts always in touch. I don't have to talk about everything impeccable, I want to go back 🤣
