Great location of the house, with everything close by, including one of the beaches on foot, good accommodation, we will definitely come back more often!

The house is very spacious and airy. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Excellent leisure area in the house and condominium, very suitable for those who will stay with children! The host was very attentive and promptly answered our questions.

The location of the house is excellent, facing the sea. The house is impeccable cleaning with furniture and well-maintained utensils, has a very beautiful lawn and excellent care for children to play. The lady who takes care of the house is very attentive and requests, and André (owner) gives up a lot of attention and speed in answering questions, and is always worried that everything will go in the best way. The only observation is a bar next to it and order a little until 2, 3 o'clock in the morning, at the most it's all very nice.

The house was very clean and tidy, with all the utensils we needed. The location is great for those who want to stay close to the center of Caraguá and still enjoy the beaches of the south of Ubatuba. The owner was super polite and easy to communicate with. The pool was well taken care of, only the solar heating that did not work, sunny days and did not heat up the water. We went to 4 adults, 1 teenager and 2 children and the house served us peacefully… excellent value for money!

The house is wonderful, within nature and with an incredible view. We were super welcomed by the host. It was wonderful and we will be back for sure.

House much more beautiful than the pictures. All rooms are suites, very comfortable beds. The swimming pool is actually heated, we enjoyed it until the evening, as we went at the end of April and it was already a lower temperature. All the house's faucets and showers are heated. Shuveiros with a lot of pressure. Overall the house is amazing. It was the whole family, the youngest 3 months old and the oldest at 72 years old and all took advantage of it.

Our first time at the house and we already know it will be the first of many! Besides being beautiful and looking like a paradise, it is super well structured and clean. The hosts were attentive and helpful! Comfortable beds, super complete kitchen… in short, absolutely nothing to point out. Besides the location being great, as we already knew. Quiet beach, calm sea and not much movement, and at the same time safe and close to all the shops you may need :)

Amazing place for those who want to rest with the family. Clean place, we had no access difficulties. The shared laundry room and the non-use of speakers help the general well-being. Check in and out flexible. About 7-10 minutes from the beach on foot. Pool and wonderful view. Unique experience! We will definitely return

The apartment is wonderful beautiful landscape, very clean house, wonderful jacuzzi. alexandre was very attentive and helpful.

I was staying last week at Márcia's place, and our stay was excellent. The space is much better than in the photos, the room is very wide and unites all ambiantes, kitchen, dining room and game space. The rooms are great and upstairs. The backyard has an excellent and heated pool, we use every day until dawn kkkkk. The condominium is quiet, without a mess, and with security at the entrance. excellent apartment with all the comforts, nice aesthetically, as well as the complex where it is located, super complete, meters from the beach with a strategic location to know the entire region. It is 15 minutes from the city of caraguatatuba where you find everything. The host was always available and giving answers quickly, very flexible with the arrival and departure times, clear answers and always attentive of the guest. Excellent quality price. Surreal good !!! House exactly like the photos, organized and clean! The beach is less than 7 minutes away, the waterfall is 15 minutes away and other beautiful beaches are all close to the house. Not to mention Vinicius' sympathy, he responds super fast and attentively all the time. I recommend it a thousand times, I spent my birthday with my family, and I was so happy, it was all worth it. Thank you Vinicius, we will definitely come back more often.

Second time staying in this apartment. The accommodation was wonderful, we had days of rest, comfort and peace. Marcelo was a great host, answered everything very quickly, clear and always helpful. The apartment is complete, well-equipped kitchen, towels, pans, cutlery, utensils in general for cooking (attention: the kitchen only has seasoning salt). Air fryer, microwave, oven, blender, coffee maker... the laundry with a washing machine was a help in both (bring the soap and house softener). The very comfortable rooms have no linen and bath towels as described and Marcelo reinforced this by phone. It has 3 beach chairs and umbrellas available. The hammock on the balcony was a delight. it has air-conditioning but we do not use it because it was cooling at night. The place is close to great restaurants (Caicara's and the Sea and land), markets, close to the beach of Cocanha which is the ultimate for children... easy access from the highway. We'd love to come back again!

The house is nice with a nice backyard for pets. On the back a very good barbecue grill and table. It was a very good stay. Leandro was very kind and responded quickly.

The house is very comfortable and matches the descriptions in the listing exactly, Ana is always very attentive and responds quickly to messages! The house is in Massaguaçu and a 5-minute drive from Cocanha beach (the best beach in my opinion) there is room for more than one car in the garage and you can also take animals, which is even better! I will definitely come back more often ☀️🩷

quiet, safe place with easy check in and check out! Thiago is very friendly, responds quickly and is always ready to help! Extremely clean and comfortable house. Some improvements could be made, but nothing that would have hindered the stay, and we already want to go back! Just a point of attention that large cars do not fit in the garage, but it is quite easy to leave them parked in front of the house (just be careful not to cover the gate of the house underneath) my family and I loved it and had a great weekend!

It was all just beautiful! The house, the area, the sea view! Fantastic! We enjoyed it very much, Isilda was always immediately ready to answer our questions or give tips for excursions. Her maid is the pearl of the house, very attentive and fulfills all wishes. Breakfast ready, kitchen and the rest of the house is very clean tidy. It's a peace in the house, we didn't want to leave! But I'm sure we'll be back! We sincerely thank Isilda for the wonderful time we were allowed to spend in her house. 5 stars +, better than any hotel.

Apartment exactly as described. The condominium is great, with very helpful employees. Extremely secure. It has a market that has everything so we wouldn't need to have taken anything abosulantly. The caretaker, Mr. Pedro and his family were super friendly to helpful. Both rooms have their own bathroom and a downstairs bathroom.

Spectacular House! Large and modern. Kitchen complete, all utensils. Wonderful Space.. we love to spend these days there! One point that would make the experience even better, would be the heated pool, then it would be surreal of perfection. Sandra, a super attentive person and dear! We hope to come back !
