Parking inside the condominium for 2 cars, easy access to all beaches in the region and only 7 km from Caraguatatuba, with all the infrastructure of shopping, restaurants, etc. Quiet, familiar and very pleasant environment!! Air conditioning in the 2 suites!!

House facing the sea, on the sand at Lázaro beach. The house is located in a condominium with 24-hour security. It is on the right side of Lázaro beach, closer to Domingas Dias beach. Supermarket and Pharmacy are 4 min by car or 15 min on foot. The house is composed of two parts. The main part has 2 bedrooms + 1 suite (all 3 with air-conditioning) and the second part is a small house with 1 bedroom (without air-conditioning) and laundry.

An old boat house, built in the 1950s and belonging to the old Belvedere Hotel, located in a small bay called Sepituba. At this hotel, my father spent his youth canoeing. The place has a delicious energy to rest and contemplate the stunning view of the sea and Ilhabela, which is in front of us. It's a unique paradise! Namaste We accept 1 pet per stay (up to 20 kg).
