This historic home is the perfect spot for an authentic Spanish holiday in Benidorm. With a spacious patio to enjoy the the weather, connected to kitchen and living room to create amazing memories and experiences with your family and friends. The interior of this restored house is charming and welcoming. Guests can enjoy two bedroom with double bed and one bedroom with two single beds. Each of them with bathroom. The location is at the heart of downtown a few meters from the beach.

The house has a total of three floors inside and a fourth floor outside or "rooftop" with views of the Sierra de Mariola and much of the old town of this wonderful inland village. A fully renovated three-story townhouse, an old medieval tower in the walled enclosure of Cocentaina, located near the Palacio Condal and other important points of interest. Ideal for interesting hiking trails through the important natural parks as well as visiting the various villages in the area.
