Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Cockspur Island

This was a cute place to stay for my cousin’s 50th birthday! Lots of party supplies at the house, like a cake stand and balloon inflator. It was perfect for 7 of us ladies. The pool in the backyard was a huge bonus so we could cool off after a long day of walking in Savannah. It a great location if you’re looking to spend time in both Savannah and Tybee. 15 mins from each. Very central and close to hop on the freeway. They’ve done a great job of updating the house to be more modern. One thing to note is that the pink room has a step down - so if you have an ADA guest, they will feel most comfortable sleeping in the blue room. Even though the houses are close together, we felt very safe in the neighborhood. The backyard felt private with a newer fence on one side and lots of trees to make it feel secluded. Plenty of parking for 2 cars front to back in the driveway. It’s great that there is a Publix right around the corner too so you can grab last minute groceries. Overall it was great!

Carlos and Marci were fantastic hosts. They responded promptly to our messages and put together a wonderful itinerary for our trip. The place was clean, cozy, and exactly what we needed. We’ll definitely book with them again!

Sarah and Michael’s place was incredibly cozy and comfortable. We could easily walk to any destination we wanted, and it was just a few blocks away from Forsyth Park. The best part was that we had our own personal parking spot, which was a huge plus. They even provided us with a bottle of wine and plenty of snacks for our stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious and well-appointed, making it easy to get ready. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the TV had a variety of streaming apps. We highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning in the near future.

Joel and Angie,we’re very responsive . They were also very accommodating,they made me and my family feel right at home,my kids loved this place . They have toys and fun activies for families with young kids. And the coffee was a definite plus for me ,so thank you Joel and Angie.

This home is so beautiful with lots of character and warmth. Love the hardwood floors and the large rooms. Plenty of space for our family. So nice having 2 full bathrooms and laundry! We love that everything is on one floor. Barry was so nice and helpful. He was very responsive to any questions we had. He gave us an email with some information about the home and the areas. We would love to stay here again when coming down to Savannah! It isn’t too far from the Historic District either.

We had a wonderful stay here for a bachelorette party. The house was well furnished with super comfortable bedding, a fun game room, and a very nice hot tub. This was a great home base for excursions to Downtown Savannah and Tybee Island, would recommend! Carlos & Marci were communicative and kind hosts.

We could not be happier with our stay. The location was perfect, and the house had everything we needed. We were really pleased and would definitely stay here again.

We only stayed one night to attend a graduation, but if we are ever in Savannah again in the future Sony’s place will be number one on my list to book!!

The location was good, a short walk to hop-on-hop-off trolley stop 5. A 5-8 minute Uber ride to restaurant and shopping areas. The parking in the back was a major plus. The location is quiet, no city noises. However, the AC units outside are near the bedroom windows and can be heard cycling on and off. Although, I had no problem sleeping.

Perfect little place for 2 people. We went down 3 days for our Anniversary, and everything we wanted to do in Savannah was within walking distance. Also, Tybee Island was just a 30 min drive down the road so it was close to the beach as well. Diana was quick to respond to messages and gave us some recommendations for things to do while we were there. Thanks for a nice little getaway. Hopefully we can come back and stay again in the future.

We loved our stay here! The place felt like home and it is a very walkable distance from the beach. We enjoyed using the kitchen to cook meals every day. Linda always responded quick and was extremely helpful, she was there to greet us when we arrived and told us about local amenities.

We had to get a room at the last minute. We were lucky to find this place! Everything is very secure with entry code on the front door and your private room! The room was beautiful with a chandelier over the bed. My husband loved the shower due to the big size of it! On the landing is where the kitchen area was with dishes, glasses, espresso machine, Keurig, microwave and ice machine. We have talked to our children of trying to make a family trip to Savannah and staying here again!

Great stay! Christian had everything needed for a perfect beach vacation. Christian was great at communicating. The Airbnb was spacious and clean. I will be staying at his Airbnb in the future!

Our second time here, still our favorite Airbnb! We know the location and still find new restaurants to try, love the feel of the water, the quiet nights, and the privacy. Great host! The place is always clean. Easy to access, and makes useful equipment easy to locate. We will always push to come here!

We truly enjoyed our stay at your home. The historic townhouse, was cozy and charming. It was beautifully decorated, reflecting the unique character of Savannah, and impeccably clean. You are a wonderful host! Your communication was prompt, friendly, and filled with helpful local insights. Check-in was a breeze and thank you for being so responsive at check-in. The amenities provided were excellent. We particularly appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, perfect for cooking our breakfast. Everything was well-maintained and added to the overall comfort and convenience of our stay. This location is perfect for exploring Savannah. It was within easy walking distance of the historic squares, River Street, bars and restaurants. This neighborhood is far enough from the tourist yet close enough to walk and a short Lyft/Uber ride back after an afternoon and evening of bar hopping. Highly, Highly Recommend! I would wholeheartedly recommend this Airbnb to anyone.

Great little place! Comfortable. Clean and only a couple minutes walk to the beach. Everything we needed was right there. Would definitely book again if we have the chance.

Amber is the best, as well as her co-hosts! She was quick to respond to any and all questions. The condo was neat and clean and had all we could need and more! The balcony had an amazing view! TV is super nice and HUGE! Pool is very nice and clean! Towels and thick and nice! Everything is super nice and we will book again!!

My family and I loved the home! Would definitely come back. Super close to the beach, very peaceful, & Very spacious. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great location along Coligny Beach! We took advantage of the beach chairs and was nice to be a short walk back for anything we needed. We purchased and left a beach umbrella for future guests to enjoy. Condo is ideal size for 2 guests as listing suggests.

We loved our stay here, it’s a great location on the beach, we like this area of the island as it doesn’t seem as crowded. The resort is nice and has different activities going on, we love having the poolside bar area and ice cream stand right there. The place itself was nice, clean, made good use of space. Kids loved the hall bunks. Very easy to check in and out.

Had a fabulous stay at Mike and Rachel’s home. Love the location, especially that it was on the beach especially since we have children. The unit was spacious, clean and just as described. Had plenty of games and TVs in all rooms for watching shows or movies. Parking was very convenient and fit our mid size suv under the covered garage area right by elevator to our unit. I’ve stayed at this resort multiple times but this room is by far the best! It was clean, had every thing we needed & more, and was a perfect location for a wagon haul to the beach. It was impressively stocked with things you may forget. We had a wonderful stay & will be staying in this room again for our next stay. Thank you!

Our family had a great week at Mermaid Cove! The location was close to everything but in a quiet neighborhood. Geoff, Vicky, and Lucy were very friendly and helpful hosts. The fully fenced yard and gated dock were perfect for our puppy. Our daughter loved the hammocks. Would highly recommend to other families!
