Wow!!!! Great stay at AirBnb in Octocal Beach. We visited Costa Rica for our daughter’s nuptials and indeed our stay at this AirBnb was an unforgettable experience. It was an upscale home away from home. The service was excellent! The atmosphere soothing yet vibrant, calm, and relaxing. The rooms were clean, spacious with stunning views. The amenities were top notch and every needed for a home away from home was readily available in the home. I highly recommend this AirBnb and my family I, look forward to the next opportunity to visit. Many thanks to our amazing host Alina.

Small town neighborhood . Day trips to explore many beaches was convenient to scatter all directions.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay. Stephen was a most helpful host and assisted us in making all of our plans for a short but fantastic visit to Costa Rica. The house is just as advertised, clean and spacious. The views are out of this world and the access to amenities on the resort are perfect. Quick trip to local beaches and restaurants and we even had time to prepare a few meals in the kitchen. We followed all of Stephen’s advice including a half-day snorkeling trip with Juan Carlos which was a home run! I literally cannot say enough good things about the experience I had with Stephen and his beautiful home. I just followed the playbook he provided during our pre-visit telephone call and everything worked out beautifully. Playa Hermosa’s beach is breathtaking and Stephen made all the right restaurant recommendations! I was looking for a simple and fun trip for my family of five and thanks to Stephen my plan came to fruition. So relaxing!

My family of 5 had an amazing time here! Our three boys (16, 13, and 8) loved the house, the pool, and the great vibe here. The house and surroundings are even better than the pictures, which is saying something since the pictures made it look like paradise. Monica was extremely responsive—more so than any host I’ve ever dealt with previously. They have everything you could possibly need for your stay. The area is gorgeous and Playa Grande is a cute town with great restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Tuvimos el privilegio de hospedarnos en esta hermosa propiedad, ubicada muy cerca de Playa Grande. La casa es amplia, moderna y ofrece una vista espectacular durante el día, que permite admirar la belleza del mar y el entorno natural desde casi cualquier rincón. Uno de sus mayores atractivos es la piscina sin fin, desde la cual se puede disfrutar de uno de los atardeceres más impresionantes de la zona —simplemente inolvidable. Las cuatro habitaciones son espectaculares: amplias, cómodas y decoradas con muy buen gusto. La cocina está completamente equipada, con todos los implementos y electrodomésticos necesarios, ideal para preparar y disfrutar deliciosas comidas en grupo o en familia. Por la noche, la propiedad ofrece un ambiente de total paz, perfecto para meditar, descansar y desconectarse del mundo. La serenidad del lugar es inigualable. Además, Isacc fue un anfitrión excepcional. Siempre atento, amable y pendiente de cada detalle. Un lugar mágico e único!

Amplio parqueo, seguridad privada, excelente mantenimiento de las zonas verdes, áreas comunes y el apartamento todo muy nuevo. Excelente atención de Michelle.

We booked very last min to stay at David’s place as we only had a few days left in Costa Rica and wanted to be closer to the airport but not right in town. David responded right away and gave clear instructions on how to get to his place. The studio was very clean and felt very homie. The pool was clean and a great little community pool area with a BBQ. David stopped in on our first day and was very friendly. Craig who lives on the grounds is a great guy for food and beach recommendations. Stores are close by (within walking distance) made for an easy first night to cook dinner. Bed is very comfortable and nice hot shower for the end of the after touring around the local area. Nice a quiet at night to sit and have a beer or morning coffee with the local wild life. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again on our next trip.

This was one of the best Airbnb’s we have stayed at! I was traveling with my elderly parents and two kids (1 yr and 3yr) . The house was adorable, great art , comfortable sitting areas, the kitchen was well stocked, everyone had plenty of space. My parents stayed upstairs so could escape to quiet from kids! There were toys, books, cribs, high chairs, even floaties for the pool! When traveling with kids this is a huge plus to not have to pack these items! Very quiet neighborhood and really enjoyed hanging on the back deck! We walked to beach and restaurants with both kids and my parents no problem! Plenty of towels , and beach chairs! Very clean and Sebastian was super responsive and accommodating, we can’t wait to come back ! I would give 10 stars !! 🌟🌟🌟

Todo muy bien Lugar tranquilo, limpio y seguro, muy cerca de las playas.

The place was perfect for our situation. We had a flight that was supposed to go to SJO and instead ended in Liberia, which resulted in us staying overnight. So we decided to have a few days in a beach town and stayed here. It was the perfect way to make lemonade out of lemons.

We had an incredible time at this property. The photos do not do it justice. Views for days, comfortable living area, three new king beds and a well-appointed kitchen. Extra bonus of having filtered water and ice in the fridge. The outside area is incredible and you can have shade/sun/pool all day. The A/C works well to cool the house and keep it very comfortable. At this property you are a short drive from playa conchal, Tamarindo and other local beaches (Flamingo, Brasilato). There is a grocery store close by with basics and a larger one a few minutes further, there is a gym and a fruit/veg stand as well. We spent our mornings lounging on the deck and in the pool, our afternoons & evenings exploring and our nights watching a movie or listening to the monkeys on the deck. We saw butterflies, dragonflies, birds and lizards, heard monkeys and watched a tree full of parrots. We drove in the wrong side when we arrived, so be sure to come in the main gate.

From the moment we booked Vanessa was very responsive & knowledgeable. She was able to provide all the insight we needed to make our trip a memorable one. She went out of her way to make sure she was there when we checked in which was really nice & caring. She checked in with us via chat during our stay to make sure everything was going smooth. The view & villa were spectacular and all we needed as a couple to be able to rest & relax. If your a big beach person def recommend checking out Playa Cochal, a short commute from the villa. Nos alojamos en el apartamento de Jeffrey y nos encantó el lugar, las instalaciones y el equipamiento del lugar, hay una pequeña parrilla para usar, una piscina dentro del apartamento verdaderamente de lujo, me gustó mucho la pecera! Un poco lejos de la ciudad pero ideal para envolverse en la naturaleza, Jeffrey fue muy amable y accesible con algunas peticiones propias ! Excelente servicio y nos encararía volver pronto! Nos encantó.

We enjoyed everyday at the premises. Great to rise in the morning and head out for a coffee on the patio. So much to do in the area, we decided to simply walk to various destinations. Beach was only 15 minutes. Coffee shops less than 500 meters. Loved YUMMY Ice Cream Cafe. When we did make one reservation for a tour, we contacted Bonnie as recommended. She organized the whole day, including lunch. The neighbours are friendly and helpful... giving us some great tips...they had been coming back to the same establishment for years. if you are a bird lover, could download the Merlin app and use it to identify a number of species. Several monkeys in the area as well. This was a very lucky choice we made. Would definitely return. Thanks for making this a great vacation. . Ron and Gerry

Romel es una persona amable , siempre se preocupó por cada detalle , nos recomendó lugares cercanos como restaurantes , el lugar es muy pacífico excelente para alejarse del bullicio y relajarse, el apartamento está súper equipado con artículos de cocina y electrodomésticos, es muy aseado y las personas que viven y se hospedan en el condominio son muy amenas, hay mucha naturaleza y las personas del mantenimiento son muy amables y tienen las instalaciones muy limpias y cuidadas. Yo fui con mi madre de 67 años y quedó encantada. La playa está súper cerca y la piscina es una delicia.

Es un lugar muy cómodos y tranquilo. Cerca del centro del Coco y a la vez alejado de el ajetreo de la ciudad. Luis siempre estuvo atento y mantuvimos comunicación incluso antes de llegar. Lugar limpio y todas las comodidad para pasar en familia. Un plus adicional, permiten mascotas

Juan Carlos went so far above and beyond for me as his guest, and I am so grateful. I had a very relaxing stay in the shopping container and appreciated the little thoughtful touches that went a long way. Juan Carlos was super flexible and helpful and his place was great. Highly recommend!

Very cool place. Pool was awesome and so were wildlife and views. Behind big gate and the AC was great all over the house. Washer and dryer nice touch. Saw cows horses birds and monkeys.
