Condo holiday rentals in Cocoa Beach

The place was absolutely perfect, stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, pool and a few steps to the beach. Oversized living room. Close to restaurants. The balcony was great for my morning coffee. I would definitely rent again.

The space was exactly as described. Had all of the necessities that a traveler would need for an enjoyable stay and beach day. Private access to the beach just steps away was the best part. Will definitely return for future trips.

We had a great stay at this condo! It’s located less than a block from the beach, yet the area is quiet and peaceful perfect for relaxing. The condo itself is updated, and comfortable. The host was very responsive and helpful, quickly answering our questions. Highly recommend staying here!

This lovely condo at Diplomat matched the photos and description perfectly. Each bedroom and the living space has a large screen smart TV. Both bedrooms had large dressers and closets for storage. Bathroom was clean and the water pressure for the shower was great. The location is perfect, close to grocery stores, shopping, access to private beach and a large heated pool (which my kids loved). Along with the usual items available when renting, this condo was also fully stocked with very helpful items that you just don’t think about bringing on vacation (extra spices, parchment paper, plastic wrap, etc.). There was also a large assortment of beach items (umbrellas, chairs, sand toys). These details made us feel right at home. Everyone we encountered in the complex was super friendly and welcoming. We loved our stay and had a great time! Would definitely recommend this location.

My wife and I really enjoyed the relaxing few days we got to spend here. The balcony facing the ocean was a joy. We saw many dolphins and cruise ships off in the distance. The beach was not busy at all , which was a blessing. Evan communicated very well to some work that was being done on the building. We would stay again.

We were very satisfied with our stay at this condo! It is literally feet away from the beautiful beach, and within walking distance of bustling downtown shops/restaurants in Cocoa Beach. The apartment itself was the perfect size, very clean, had great views, and was extremely quiet. The host provided excellent instructions and plenty of extra amenities that we appreciated during the stay. The only downside was the building's main lobby door was inaccessible with our key- bummer since the main entrance was right next to the condo door -but the host was responsive and contacted the HOA on our behalf. Overall, it was a fantastic place to stay.

Laramy was an excellent host. The check in process was smooth as the instructions were clear. We were thankful for a stocked closet of beach items- there was plenty for the kids to play with and endless hours at the beach/pool during our stay. My kids got a kick out of crab hunting at night. There were so many! The beds were super comfortable to sleep in- great quality in both rooms. It was a pretty quiet complex overall and a beautiful condo for a family vacation.

The condo was perfect for my fiancé and myself. Just steps from the beach and easy access to other areas. The beach was peaceful with not a lot of people. Kelly was the perfect host. She had good ideas in her guest book that was in the condo. Checking in and out was super easy. I would definitely stay here again.

Very convenient location. Everything you will ever need was furnished. Clean, comfortable and one block from the beach. I would stay at Linda’s condo again. Highly recommended.

As native Floridians, we always look for the smaller, private places to stay and we found this hidden gem. The home was clean with no clutter and the location is perfect with a quiet, private beach. David and Kelly were very responsive and we had no troubles at all. We were extremely pleased with the beds, linens, and everything you would need to cook complete meals in the kitchen. And as an AC & Electric business owner, the AC works great! Not a single complaint on this amazing find. Thank you both for being great hosts!

The host communicated well and very timely! The place was beautiful and the location was great. I was surprised at how much you could see in the canal! The whole experience was excellent and I will definitely be back!

We had a horrific dog friendly experience stay several months ago elsewhere, so was a bit worried! But the reviews and pictures of Michelles place looked good, but hard to recover from a bad rental experience. I would have to say her rental was so exceptional that I feel good again about renting from her again or others that rent to people with dogs. Just because I have dog or dogs doesn't mean I live in filth, and I could tell Michelle gets that! Her place was plenty big for the two of us with our dog and centrally located. I appreciated that she seemed to think of everything someone would need. The bed was comfortable as my back can give me issues at times. All in all, I would highly recommend this home away from home!

Great stay in a perfect location! The house was a great size for the four of us plus a baby — spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep. We especially enjoyed our mornings on the deck overlooking the pond — so peaceful. The pool was just across the parking lot and very clean, which was a big plus. The hostess was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We’d definitely book again!

Stuart was a very responsive host (especially when i forgot something and he was able to help me get back in to find it). Such a great place to stay, just steps from the beach. The building was fairly occupied when we stayed, but the pool area never felt crammed, nor was noise an issue from other guests.

This place was so nice. The location was perfect with easy beach access and a very relaxing pool. Plenty of food options, shopping and mini golf. Our family had fun and also had good relaxing days. We loved it!

We traveled with our 3- and 4-year-old kids, and everything was wonderful. The place is cozy and quiet, very clean and beautiful. It’s close to the ocean, which was perfect. Honestly, we have no words — everything was just the way we hoped and planned. We’re definitely planning to come back again!

Great place to stay, right next to the pool, which for us having 2 kids was great. Condo was a nice little getaway where we felt at home. Very clean and had everything and more that we didn't bring. Both Jan and her husband were very responsive when we couldn't figure out how to change the code for the front door(user error). They gave recommendations for dining/things to do before we got there and while we were there. Will definitely stay again when in Cocoa Beach!

Beautiful place in a great location. Clean and stocked with supplies. Loved the code entry so no key at the beach. 15 seconds walk to the pool, 1 minute walk to the beach and 5 minutes by car to the Port restaurants. 10 minutes to Cocoa Beach. Looking forward to coming back next year. Thanks Donna!

Kristin’s place was beautiful and the perfect place for a quiet weekend! We couldn’t have asked for better, the pool was right around the corner and the condo had everything we needed and more!

I had an excellent stay. Suzi's place was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Beach was great. She provided great instructions so everything was easy to find.

The condo was perfect for our stay! We are a family of 7, 5 kids and we felt perfectly comfortable. The beach was in walking distance. With our baby being under 2, it was nice being close to the pool for the older kids but having the pool gate outside of the back patio for safety!! This condo has pool access from both the front and back doors! It’s really the perfect location. Especially with kids. They loved the deep pool and the fact that it was heated! There was more than enough beach chairs and kids beach toys. It could use a newer beach umbrella. Overall we enjoyed our stay!!

Amber allowed us to book the last minute when we found that the other Airbnb we had booked was less than desirable. She was very responsive. She allowed us to look at it before committing to stay. Her place is beautiful and well kept. The king size bed was so comfortable! It was nice to be able to cook meals at the condo. This is not our first day at the diplomat, but our first time at Amber's and hers is much nicer than the other. She has new cupboards, nice clean refrigerator and dishwasher, and beautiful decor. The couch is comfortable. There's a TV in every bedroom. It was great to have beach chairs and umbrellas and a beach blanket. She also had a collection of boards for us to have fun with on the waves! Her unit is at the end so it's a shorter walk to the private gate that accesses the beach. The beach was super quiet with no crowds. It's just far enough away from the pier and downtown Cocoa. And it's only 1 mile from the gym! We would stay here again.
