Holiday rentals with a pool in Cocoa Beach

What a wonderful place to stay! There was so much to do at the house to stay entertained, we barely wanted to leave. They provide literally everything you could need, and even had welcome snacks when we arrived. The house is close to a ton of great restaurants, grocery stores, shops, and the beach. We would definitely come back again in the future.

The home was beautifully decorated. You can tell they care and do upgrades. Then bonus room is a little outdated, but it was closed off from the main area with French doors. You could easily open it for added space if you have a large family gathering. Great place for kids to hang out. Ping pong table was a hit. Washer and dryer worked great. Bedrooms were nice. Beds were comfortable. The master on suite. Well i don’t want to ruin the surprise or the laughs, It is one of those scratch my head and laugh. The shower was wonderful lots of hot water. We would definitely book again. Due to storms we could not use the pool but it was clean and well kept.

Lovely home that felt and looked very clean, had everything we needed to feel at home, away from home. Stephanie was very responsive and very courteous. We had several last minute requests and she was not only accommodating but very kind and easy to work with. Would absolutely stay here again!

This house was perfect! Close enough to walk to the beach, but also very private on a nice street of other nice homes. The garage was packed full of so many things you could use, like chairs, games, and bikes, we didn’t have to bring as many things as we normally would for a beach trip. The house was very clean, and everything worked perfectly. We all agreed that we would come back to this house in the future, as it kind of turned into what we would hope to purchase one day in the future. Absolutely perfect home, with a perfect location, and a pool of course! 10/10, would live here if we could!

Wonderful stay for a few days. So close to the beach and any local activities and restaurants. If you just want to stay in, it’s a perfectly comfortable and beautiful home. Pool was perfect. Would highly recommend and would love to return again some time.

Beautiful home. It was exactly as described. We loved all of the games and activities at the house. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking meals. The pool area was wonderful with plenty of seating areas. There are a number of great restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay here again the next time we are in the area.

Our family of 5 plus an infant loved staying at Joe's place! The living space was great and the pool and outdoor area was amazing! It was so nice to be able to wash off outside after coming back from the beach. The pool was beautiful and the house had all of the necessary toys, floaties, towels, and beach accessories we would ever need. Joe even dropped of some extra chairs before we came so that would have enough. We really appreciated the well stocked kitchen and overall, it felt like staying in a house that someone actually lived in vs just a generic vacation house that people visit once in a while. Check out was also so amazingly easy as well. We had a change in plans and Joe was super flexible and understanding about it. We wish we could have stayed longer and can't wait to go back in the future! If you enjoy pizza, check out Bruno's Pizzeria, it was delicious!

This booking is absolutely worth every penny. We were fortunate enough to have an early check in and late check out.The reviews don’t lie, this home is well maintained, meticulously cleaned and thought out. The host stocked shampoo conditioner and body wash in the showers. We had three children with us aged 9 to 3 and they had the time of their lives. There is plenty of room for everyone there were 12 of us and we didn’t feel on top of each other. The kitchens are stocked with everything you need to cook a great meal. The outside bar and grill are awesome. The host is very accommodating (The only thing I will say which does not by any means reflect the host as this isn’t anything they can control) is the mosquitoes at night in the back are bad but that’s normal for Florida. We bought a mosquito fogger and fogged the back at dusk before we hung out and were fine. Again, has nothing to do with the host more of a heads up to plan for a Florida environment. This lovely condo at Diplomat matched the photos and description perfectly. Each bedroom and the living space has a large screen smart TV. Both bedrooms had large dressers and closets for storage. Bathroom was clean and the water pressure for the shower was great. The location is perfect, close to grocery stores, shopping, access to private beach and a large heated pool (which my kids loved). Along with the usual items available when renting, this condo was also fully stocked with very helpful items that you just don’t think about bringing on vacation (extra spices, parchment paper, plastic wrap, etc.). There was also a large assortment of beach items (umbrellas, chairs, sand toys). These details made us feel right at home. Everyone we encountered in the complex was super friendly and welcoming. We loved our stay and had a great time! Would definitely recommend this location.

My wife and I really enjoyed the relaxing few days we got to spend here. The balcony facing the ocean was a joy. We saw many dolphins and cruise ships off in the distance. The beach was not busy at all , which was a blessing. Evan communicated very well to some work that was being done on the building. We would stay again.

We had a wonderful time in Lihua's place. We had everything we needed, it was very clean, and the beds are so comfortable as well. Perfect location with plenty of things within walking distance. The view through the kitchen and living space is a dream, as well as the master. Lihua was very helpful when needed and it was a joy to stay here. We have been to Cocoa Beach multiple times and we will definitely come back to her place!

My husband and I love Cocoa Beach and especially loved the location of this unit. Very convenient to walk to bars and restaurants to enjoy live entertainment.

Happy Palm Stay's "Chateau By The Sea" at Cocoa Beach is simply "perfect"! The property is well-maintained, exceptionally clean, wonderfully located to shops, grocery stores, restaurants, bars, breweries, and attractions. But the best part is the property's incredible views, not only from our rental but also from the rooftop deck!!! All the listed amenities were top-notch. Our host, Zareh, is one of the MOST responsive, dedicated host we've had!!! He response time was almost spontaneous!!! He insured our stay was flawless!!! Would we stay here again??? ABSOLUTELY ❣️

Absolutely loved our stay! The place was beautifully remodeled and everything was squeaky clean — you can tell a lot of care went into preparing it. Fully furnished with everything we needed, it felt like a home away from home. What really stood out was the easygoing check-out process. Olga made it clear that she wanted us to enjoy our last hours without stressing about cleaning or following a long list of rules. That kind of hospitality makes all the difference. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay here! This condo complex was very private and had direct beach access. Hosts have all necessary accessories for the perfect beach day - chairs, towels, umbrella, coolers. The condo had everything we could’ve needed during our stay. The town itself was very entertaining and had lots to do. Would definitely visit again!

Best AirBnB we’ve stayed at yet! The owners are fantastic, allowing us to check in early and even let us know about the satellite launch so we could watch it from our balcony. The unit is beautifully kept with incredible ocean front views, big comfy beds and all the extras you need are provided: tons of extra bedding, pack-n-play, beach towels-chairs-umbrella, and a wagon to pull it all. Even the things you end up buying and leaving like liquid detergent, sunscreen, aloe, spices, first aid kits and bandaids. They even provided a hair mask for sun damage/chlorine hair… just, WOW!!! The pool was perfect after a hot day at the beach and just steps from your door. The condo itself is located on the older side of Cocoa Beach still undergoing a facelift, but lots of new businesses opening up that are perfect for families, with great options for dinning and shopping within walking distance. We be booking again soon for our next stay!
