Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Cocoa

The home was beautifully decorated. You can tell they care and do upgrades. Then bonus room is a little outdated, but it was closed off from the main area with French doors. You could easily open it for added space if you have a large family gathering. Great place for kids to hang out. Ping pong table was a hit. Washer and dryer worked great. Bedrooms were nice. Beds were comfortable. The master on suite. Well i don’t want to ruin the surprise or the laughs, It is one of those scratch my head and laugh. The shower was wonderful lots of hot water. We would definitely book again. Due to storms we could not use the pool but it was clean and well kept.

We enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent again. Kelsy was very kind and helpful throughout the entire stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Susan’s place! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Susan was a fantastic host—communicative, thoughtful, and easy to reach whenever we had a question. The home was absolutely lovely—beautifully decorated, clean, and it smelled amazing (I even had to take a picture of whatever scent you used so I can get some for my own place!). The “In Case You Forgot” box was such a thoughtful touch and actually came in handy, which we really appreciated. Everything was perfect. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy, stylish, and welcoming place to stay!

The house was exactly as advertised, and our kiddo had a blast with the air hockey table and all of the other games. The bathrooms were clean and the bathtub was great to relax in. Lianne reached out and made some local recommendations which were fitting, but unfortunately we didn't have time to check them out. I definitely recommend this stay, and host for anyone visiting the area.

Our stay was great! we came to florida for a small family reunion to see our niece graduate high school. The kitchen is beautiful, very open and lots of seating options. The pool was great! perfect temp and very relaxing. We had a group of 6 and all fit very comfortably. The master bath was incredible, absolutely stunning!! Definitely recommend this place for a small group/ a small family.

We were in town for a baseball tournament and this was the perfect place. It was super cute with a lot of space. The kids loved the pool and the little shed. Would definitely stay here again.

just what we needed for 2 days before our cruise. quiet, easy access & great host! Susan knew where good restaurants were & everything was clean. The bed was extremely comfortable too. Will definitely stay there again before our next cruise

We chose Linda's place to stay at prior to leaving on our cruise vacation. Her place is exactly as described. It was centrally located and a short, nice walk to Cocoa's village. Linda was very responsive and helpful. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

This was my second time staying here. My first visit was back in 2022 and it was just as great then as it is now! The place was spotless, cozy, and in a great location. I really appreciated the host’s thoughtful recommendations for local things to do. Definitely a go-to spot whenever I'm in the area!

What to say ;-) - WOW WOW WOW. 5Star Plus and best Airbnb during our Florida trip. Reaching the property, first is what you see - the bay. You will calm down and we had the opportunity to watch Dophins directly from the property and this daily. We received a couple of good restaurant recommendations from Marina and we double checked them on Google. BUT, why to go to a restaurant having this bay view in the morning and a great place to start your day with a coffee directly at the waterfront. So we decided NOT to go out for breakfast - we had every morning breakfast and coffee on the prooperty, on the water line incl. watching dolphins and pelicans. All pictures presented by Kathy/Marina/Taj are real and you will find a warm Airbnb atmosphere with many details. You have put a lot of thought into the equipment. Everything is there for a fabulous stay. Sufficient towels, parasol and chairs for the beach, ... The beach. A maximum of 5 minutes' walk away and there are 2 access points

I couldn't ask for me from my stay - the accommodations included everything they described and more. They thought of everything! The hosts were so friendly and helpful and accommodating. Perfect experience. Best stay. Will go back!

I never write reviews. This place is amazing. We had the best time! Great pool & Coco beach is just a short uber ride away! We ate cruisers & it was perfect location to stay & get on the ship! We will definitely stay again for next vaca in the area!

We booked Erin’s place to be close to the cruise port. Erin was so sweet and helpful in recommending restaurants in the area and responding to any of my questions. I would highly recommend Erin’s place.

The location strikes a perfect balance, tucked away enough to feel private, yet conveniently situated between Cocoa Beach’s lively commercial district and the charming, locally-owned shops that give the area its unique character. The home itself is clean, comfortable, and exceptionally well-prepared for beachgoers. From the moment we arrived, everything we needed was already in place, making our visit a breeze. Everything about our stay was great, very clean, great communication and beach was right there which was great. Clean and very quiet beach.

Emma's condo was everything and more than we expected. the location is so convenient to grocery store, several restaurants. We love how the condo parking space for our condo was right by the elevator. our condo had the most beautiful view of Ocean, back and pool. We spent alot of time on the balcony with our coffee and cocktails. We could see cruise ships sailing out on the ocean,Emma's. The condo was so comfortable and clean. We had a horrific dog friendly experience stay several months ago elsewhere, so was a bit worried! But the reviews and pictures of Michelles place looked good, but hard to recover from a bad rental experience. I would have to say her rental was so exceptional that I feel good again about renting from her again or others that rent to people with dogs. Just because I have dog or dogs doesn't mean I live in filth, and I could tell Michelle gets that! Her place was plenty big for the two of us with our dog and centrally located. I appreciated that she seemed to think of everything someone would need. The bed was comfortable as my back can give me issues at times. All in all, I would highly recommend this home away from home!
