Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Coconino County

We had the absolute best time at this location. It was close to everything and the views were phenomenal. We spent most nights on the porch watching the sunset and stargazing. Highly recommend!

Wow, one of our favorite AirBnB experiences ever! The house is beautiful and so comfortable with gorgeous views of the red rocks from the lovely back patio area. The house is uncluttered but still had everything we could possibly need including a well-stocked kitchen. The surroundings were completely peaceful and in a perfectly location for walking to shops or driving a few minutes to a good hiking spot. Julie was incredibly responsive from the start and through our visit. We loved our stay and can’t wait to return!

Christopher’s place was breathtaking. From the beautiful views to the quiet neighborhood, it was my favorite place to relax and enjoy the beautiful night sky with my family. The pictures don’t do Christopher’s place justice. The beds were very comfortable, I loved the coffee bar, the living room was cozy, and the huge windows allowed in all the beauty surrounding his home. The pool was perfect during the warm afternoon when my kids wanted to spend some time outside! The hot tub was also nice to enjoy the sunset and see all the stars we don’t get to see in the city! Can’t wait to book our next stay.

Wow, where do I start? I have stayed at many very nice Airbnb rentals, and Carissa/Mike's place is by far the best. The home is exactly as in the photos (if not better in person), has all the amenities one could think of and then some, and surrounded by gorgeous views in a peaceful, stunning neighborhood. It is only about 10-15 minutes drive to anywhere in Sedona. Carissa and Mike were very responsive and made everything so simple/easy (I have never seen a checkout instructions consisting of only 2 steps). I wished we could have stayed there the entire week - definitely would stay there again in a heartbeat!

The pros are great jacuzzi and view of the mountains also very private. It’s great location very walkable to downtown, great restaurants near by and trails. Jacuzzi is what makes this place! The con was and not necessarily the hosts fault but the previous guest prior to us left their dogs feces next to the stairs causing a foul scent by the front door and jacuzzi under the deck. There was a scent inside of pee as well (think they used puppy pads inside) but it seemed to get less strong as night went on. Sounds like they left it a mess we found puppy mats on stairs too but I’m sure housecleaners had their hands full. We picked up what was on the stairs when we arrived but we weren’t going to go out of our way to go under the deck and do that removal also. I think for the price though and the jacuzzi and view you get though we could look past what the previous guests left behind. The beds were also comfy overall I think location, price and jacuzzi we would recommend and stay again.

Clara’s place was super clean and super organized. We really enjoyed our stay and I will say we were impressed by how organized and clean the house was. Clara was so prompt on answering any questions we had and we really appreciate that. Thank you so much Clara, you’re an amazing host.

Loved this place! My family of 5 (3 kids, all 20+) came to Sedona as we love to hike. While it was about a 20-25 min drive to get where we wanted to go, we enjoyed the quiet location this home had to offer. The outdoor area was amazing. We found ourselves sitting around the fire pit watching the sunrise, the pool and hot tub after our hikes, and the large outdoor table for eating and games. Inside was just as nice with plenty of space. The kitchen had everything we needed for the meals we prepared. I also appreciated the mount of starter supplies (toilet paper, garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, etc) that were left for us to use. We didn’t need to purchase anything for our 5 night stay. There were also plenty of bath and pool towels. If we are ever in the Sedona area again, we would definitely choose this home again.

Fantastic house in a fantastic location. Everything is high end and feels right at home. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need and everything was labeled to make your life easier. Pool area is super private and the pool was super clean! Highly recommended!

My husband and I got married at Agave and booked Claudine's gorgeous and immaculate villas for ourselves, as well as for our bridal party and family. Everyone had an incredible time, and the villas were truly a magical place to celebrate such a special event. The design details of the space are next-level, and we felt like we were in an oasis every moment of our stay. Claudine could not be a more lovely or helpful host, and we hope to get to stay at the villas again sometime soon!!

Walking distance to the main street which was filled with great restaurants, shops, people and atmosphere. However, still peaceful and beautifully kept and private grounds were we stayed. Pearl was super friendly and available for any questions we had. We appreciate it and would stay there again. Thank you for being so helpful, we truly enjoyed our stay. Can't wait to visit again!

The home was beautiful and perfect for our 14 person family gathering. The most warmly decorated for Christmas and super cozy. The kids ranging from 5 to 15 oh enjoyed the game room and the variety of games as well as hiking around in the pines and playing volleyball on the sand court. Claudia and her husband were wonderful hosts and answered all our questions almost immediately. We stayed three nights, but everyone wanted to stay longer.

Absolutely stunning. This is a special place and a unique way to experience Sedona. The view of Bell Rock and surrounding areas were breathtaking. Super close to all the iconic hikes in Sedona. Was a special experience!

First, Vic could not have been more helpful or responsive. He answered any questions I had and he went over and above to make us feel welcomed and taken care of. Second, the house was beautiful, large and the perfect location for us. It was perfect for us to gather with our adult children and their families. The kitchen was great and the pool was fantastic after hiking. We could not have been happier with the house or Vic’s hospitality. Would highly recommend and would stay here again when we are in the area.

Amy was a wonderful hostess. It was obvious from the beginning that my comfort and needs were very important to her. She accommodated several requests I had like early check in and extra pillows. My room was super comfortable and the hot tub was wonderful and really easy to use. I appreciated Amy's hospitality and would be delighted to stay again. Thank you.

This s place is sublime. The view from the house is mind blowing and while things to do are very close it feels like you’re away from everything. Dark sky, tons of stars, great hot tub under the stars! The villa is beautiful and stocked with everything you need! I would recommend this place readily!! Jackie was very responsive and genuinely happy to help us with anything!! Love it! Wish we could have stayed longer! We will be back!! 💜💜💜

Comfortable cabin for a family of 4 in a great location close to the south rim of Grand Canyon National Park. House was clean and kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals.

Absolutely amazing spot in Sedona. Minutes away from one of the best hiking spots. Extremely private and quiet but 15 mins away from uptown!

We loved our stay here. The cabin was decorated so cute with all of the bear decor and was perfect for our party of four. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and the hot tub was amazing.

Would give this home (and the host) 10 stars if I could! Truly one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed in - it was super well stocked (had spices, coffee, and even tons of odds and ends like olive oil, rice, s’mores stuff and almond milk creamer). The home was gorgeous inside and out and was the PERFECT spot for our group of 8 (four grown ups and four kids). We all loved the hot tub, the kids played in the yard a ton and we helped ourselves to the game closet. The beds were COMFY. Bathrooms were stocked and immaculate. Kitchen had about a million gadgets (they even had a nutribullet which we used to make salad dressings!). Just an overall amazing, beautiful stay as we explored Sedona! Would 100% come back!! And Traci really was the most responsive, proactive host. Loved her!!

Everything was just as described. Dorian was super responsive. This home is great for large groups. There is a lot of games for the family to play and the extremely large dining table is nice. We spent a lot of time sitting outside and in the hot tub as the views are amazing. It was extremely quiet and peaceful. Would definitely book again.

Clean, quiet, and peaceful spot. Out of the hustle and bustle but close enough to great hikes and food! ( 10-15 minutes) stunning Mountain View’s and plenty of outdoor deck space to spread out and relax! A fun place to stay! However, Not a lot of yard space. You have to venture out to trails for outdoor activities.

Nicely decorated with high quality furniture and appliances. Efficient use of space and felt open and clean.

Lovely rustic cabin vibes. One of the best features is the layout - it allows for many guests but you don't feel like you are all crammed next to each other. While the lofted area is not fully enclosed (as advertised), it was still quite private feeling and functioned perfectly for us for an extra bedroom space. We also loved the location, it felt quiet and woodsy, but was also right by town and main attractions. Excellent value for large groups. We had a couple of hiccups, but communication with our host was wonderful, and they took great care to resolve everything. If this place is available, you should DEFINITELY book it!
