Holiday rentals with beach access in Coconut Grove, Miami

Small but in a great location. A few steps from the metro mover and a block away from bay front park. Very well equipped but the oven is not the easiest to use. The rental uses an app for access that can be a little unreliable. I'd need to remove my magsafe phone case for the app to work properly.

We had a pleasant stay in this apartment. Top location and easy access. Parking is a significant plus, as well as the beach chairs and umbrellas. Thanks again to Delphine for all her clarifications, we'll be back!

Lovely apartment with amazing views and very comfortable furnishings. Excellent layout with a long inside hallway that separates the bedrooms from the entrance and living areas. Nice new washer dryer. Pleasant outdoor space. The apartment worked well for us and we will definitely return!!

Excellent condo that exactly matches the pictures and description. High quality linens and towels. Super clean, great location, and well equipped. For the washer and dryer you will need about $2.25 per wash and the same per dry … so bring quarters if you plan to use it. The condo is directly next to the pool and the parking spot is just outside the pool deck — very convenient. We were diving so we did not go to the beach but the inclusion of beach chairs, etc. you can bring to the beach is awesome. Host also provided some initial paper products, soap, and shampoo. This condo is now our “first choice” when visiting key biscayne.

Our stay went very well. The hotel is well situated in the Mid-Beach area. The beach is literally a three minute walk away, and there are nice places to eat and drink nearby. It's easy to get to South Beach by bus in just 10 minutes. The staff are very friendly and go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable.

Everything about gloria’s place was amazing, it made my family’s miami experience way better than it would have been otherwise, so glad to have stayed here and will definitely be coming back again.

The Airbnb was very nice, Melissa is a great host. This was a perfect location for something quick trip to Miami. The Airbnb was very clean and neat, only issue was with the wifi but other than that I would definitely recommend this as your next stay!

Stay was perfect. Had issues with Tesla charger and she had someone on site within an hour fixing and troubleshooting the issue, fixing it and going above and beyond with any help, questions, concerns etc. I stayed with my family and although the pool is not gated the house itself had perfect child lock on the back door to prevent any accidents etc. kids loved the PS5 and arcade machine. Pool is warm and perfect to cool off, grill and entertainment like pool table, ping pong table etc kept everyone entertained.

The place is Very clean and comfortable, quiet and cozy space, the host extremely friendly and always answer on time.

We rented the house for a bachelorette party weekend in Miami. Loved the pool, the outdoor amenities, and the open concept of the shared spaces. There were 7 of us and we all fit comfortably. Marc was very attentive and communicated a ton with us over the stay. Thanks for the great experience!

This was a beautiful home! My friends and I enjoyed staying here a lot and loved how spacious the home was. Everything was clean and ready for us and we have no complaints.

This Airbnb was perfect for a large group! There was a nice open living space for everyone to hangout and that extended to the beautiful backyard. The kitchen was well stocked as we cooked multiple meals and had a BBQ with no problem. The host was easy to communicate with. The only downside is the location has some highway noise but it didn't bother the group.

Pari’s home is even better than described! The backyard, pool and spa felt like our own private slice of paradise. Our hosts were immediately responsive to any questions we had, and even helped me troubleshoot my laptop’s configuration to join their network within a minute of me sending them a question. The house is wonderfully convenient to South Beach and all things east of its location. We stayed there for my daughter’s college graduation from University of Miami, and I have to admit we did not accurately understand how much traffic there can be at all times of the day getting from us to UoM! That just meant we had to adjust our schedules a bit, but everyone agreed there was place better to stay in Miami, and nowhere else we want to stay when we go back!

Can’t say enough, good things about this house. Beautiful location, squeaky, clean throughout, plenty to do. Wasn’t sure about staying on a lake in Florida because of possibility of alligators. This lake is one of the cleanest lakes I’ve ever seen. We swam, we used their kayaks, and spent a whole day just floating out there. It is also a very quiet lake at least as long as we were there. Ran out of toilet paper and paper towels, and asked if we should go get some and within an hour, they brought them to us. Service was outstanding. If I ever go back to Miami, I am definitely coming back here.

The place was great for few days vacation . Anita responded within few minutes if you had any questions. It was quiet during the night . Very close to the beach .

Loren’s place was perfect! We had issues with the tv - there wasn’t a remote in the room. But Loren was on it with getting it resolved, and the people at the hotel ended up bringing us a remote. I appreciate how there were dishes, silverware, and paper towels in the room. We picked up tropical fruit so I was worried we wouldn’t have anything to open it with. The spa passes were so nice! We got sun burn the first day and the mineral pool was clutch. I feel like it helped our skin with recovering. I was a little worried about the fees from the hotel but we were charged a total of about $200 - that includes the cleaning fee which we were already aware of. Everything else is like small fees and taxes. The free valet was amazing! I will say one night it took 45 minutes to get our car - it was a Friday night. We just planned better on our end after this. The space was so clean, the views were beautiful. We will for sure be back! Loren was the best host!

This is a very comfortable and clean space in an absolutely fabulous location. It’s right in the middle of Little Havana which is such an exciting, vibrant, fun neighborhood, but the house itself is on a very quiet street. Everything was great about this stay.

Sam and the rest of the team were super helpful from the time we booked it responsive in messages super quickly and even making sure that we were greeted personally at the front desk. anytime we had a question Sam was immediately responsive and we could not have asked for a better host and experience thank you Sam and the team you guys were wonderful will definitely be looking forward to working with you again
