Family-friendly holiday rentals in Coconut Grove, Miami

This was perfect for me - the condo is clean and well-equipped, very nice bathroom and bedding. It was so nice to have the Four Seasons amenities to use, the valet parking was quick and they were so polite. Will definitely stay here again!

We spent 3 days here for a girls trip. Great location, the place offered an amazing view of the beach, ocean, swimming pools and the canal. We took so many photos on the balcony. We could enjoy all the restaurants and amenities of the FountainBleau hotel, the food and drinks were amazing, a little on the pricey side, but in line with what you would expect from a 5-star hotel. The entire resort is very lively and vibrant, there’s always music at the adult pool. There was a slight problem with cleaning the fridge right when we arrived, but housekeeping was very responsive. They immediately came and cleaned it. Overall, a great experience, I would totally recommend this place for your vacation.

Absolutely loved our stay at this Airbnb. We had everything we needed and shops / restaurants were all within a 10 minute walk. The host was very responsive if we needed anything. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

This condo was exactly what we saw in the photos! The condo was very clean and had an amazing smell. The VIEWS were incredible. From the moment you walk in the door you are greeted with walls of windows. You not only have an amazing beach views, you have incredible views of the city. You can see all the way to downtown and the cruise port! I highly recommend booking this place. Michael was an amazing host. He was very prompt to respond to my emails. The only thing I would recommend in the unit would be adding some curtains in the bedroom to block out some of the lights that come in from the cracks in between the shades. Other than that the unit was amazing and I am already looking to book again! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Daniel & Orlando's place was very cozy and clean. All the instructions were clear, and easy access to get in and out. Communication with D&O was great! The backyard was beautiful and very tropical. We had many iguana friends who visited us every day (as well as ducks). D&O's house has character and is super cute. They have everything you need in case you forget to pack something, don't worry I can guarantee they have it there! This house is fully furnished and stocked with essentials. My sons enjoyed fishing the canal in the backyard. I would recommend this place, especially for a family. This place is family-friendly.

Arya is our go to place to stay in Coconut Grove. However the rooms are different so it’s hit or miss… This was a hit! comfortable, roomy, kitchenette was convenient.

Amazing stay loved the suite was very nice

This is our second time staying at this property and we have already booked it again for next year. For us, you can't beat the location, which is very close to downtown but far enough to feel more neighborhood like and peaceful. The townhouse concept is great especially if you have a pet.

The house was absolutely perfect! We stayed in their home and loved every minute. The gardens and pool area were beautiful and very relaxing. They have a very dog friendly house and yard. The hosts were incredibly responsive and very helpful. The house was comfortable and perfect for our family.

Overall, it was really a great experience. I'll break it down in 3 parts, hoping to give an accurate description: The apartment and building: it was exactly as advertised, a beautiful Art Deco building, built in the 40's. Restaurant in the front plus an ice cream parlor. Needs an easier-to-find ramp (lots of stairs at the entrance, ramp is at the back), but otherwise good. Apartment is exactly as advertised. Only hiccup was a broken toilet seat that Debbie got fixed within a day. The location: Miami Beach is not for everyone. If you're looking for an upscale location, try Brickel. Now, if you're like me and want to just want to the beach, roam around restaurants and great bars, that's it. Miami Beach is THE place for night activity, and all that it comes wiht that. The hostess (Debbie): Debbie was responsive. She would take her time to respond but she did always respond and fixed the toilet seat issue as fast as possible. The app says her response time avgs 11 hs, and not wrongly.

The best part about this unit is the host (Maria). She is wonderful in terms of helping and accommodating, and went as far as to go out of her way to give me a ride. I was there for a family emergency and she was very compassionate and helpful. This is my second stay and I’ll be returning to this place when the time comes. Nice, cozy, well taken care of place with all the basics. Great for an individual or a couple.

Stephen Eugene's place was fantastic! The place was quiet, comfortable, and had everything I needed and more! The decor was beautiful inside. The surrounding area was so pretty and peaceful! The location was great as it was situated close to all shopping as well. Stephen Eugene went above and beyond as she was very kind and quick to respond, and was accommodative and caring about my needs. I would definitely stay again! Highly recommend!

Fiona never disappoints. She really goes out of her way to make sure I’m comfortable and can relax during my trip. Her place is always a great stay. If it’s available, I definitely recommend booking it.

I had a fantastic weekend stay in Brickell, Miami. The Airbnb had beautiful views and was in the perfect location, just steps from great bars, restaurants, and clubs. The amenities were top-notch, especially the pool with its amazing view and the on-site restaurant. One of my favorite moments was enjoying breakfast on the outdoor patio each morning, watching boats pass by on the water. It was the perfect way to start the day. Overall, the stay was stylish, relaxing, and ideally located. I’d definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Miami.

Great location! Easy walk to the beach. Very clean. Home away from feel. AC worked perfectly for those hot days returning from the beach.

This place is in the perfect location in Brickell - fantastic walkability! It was serene and quiet with access to the hotel gym and pool. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a calm, quiet place with incredible views in Brickell!

Best host that you can find, fast response and friendly answers to any questions in beautiful surroundings and very quiet neighborhood just a couple of blocks away from the beach and all the amenities KB has to offer, looking forward to our next visit.

We had a wonderful time at the apartment. Oriane is a super nice host and we felt very comfortable and safe at the condo. Place was clean and the amenities at the Yatch club were great.

Great location, close to the beach, restaurants, grocery store and other amenities. Alenka’s description of the place was accurate and she provided clear instructions. We stayed with our 2 toddlers and when we arrived the pack n play was already assembled which was super helpful. The apartment is very spacious, overall very pleasant experience.

Really cool condo and in a great location. The bed was extremely comfy and was scented with fabric softener, it smelled amazing. Everything in the condo is pristine and immaculate but the amenities are the best part, you get to swim in one of the largest swimming pools in Miami while also getting to go to the sauna right afterward. Great to lounge under the sun and get a tan. The balcony is also super long and great for photography. Awesome place, great stay!
