We had a great stay at Oded’s place, if you love animals and cats this is the place for you! Her home is surrounded by kitties and ducks greeting us whenever went outside. The location was good, we felt safe and had no issues, the parking spot was a plus as well. Thank you!

Great staying at Fellipe’s place, the apartment is very spacious and with a lot of natural light. The bedrooms are also very big and highly comfortable. Location is fantastic, with lots to do nearby and not far from other touristic areas. The communication with Fellipe was smooth, with prompt replies to our doubts. We would definitely come back.

This place is beautiful. My wife and I enjoyed the place. Great balcony where you can view the bay and the pool below. We will be back. We recommended this spot to our friends and family.

Peaceful retreat in the middle of Brickell! All you can breathe at this place is peace. The building has a “corner store” on the first floor and a Publix and Target a block away. This place is also next to I95 which makes it extremely easy to come in and out without the hazard of driving to downtown Miami. John made our stay even more special with his proactiveness and easy check in process.

The apartment was fine, small but had everything you needed. It's conveniently located, but sometimes complicated due to traffic and the high-rise parking, making it difficult to get in and out. There are no major supermarkets nearby yet. Communication was very good, just to improve: check-out :)

Host was friendly and responsive. Unit was clean, secure, and easy to access and the views were immaculate. Great location with amazing restaurants in the area everything is walking distance. I would definitely book again.

The house was absolutely perfect! We stayed in their home and loved every minute. The gardens and pool area were beautiful and very relaxing. They have a very dog friendly house and yard. The hosts were incredibly responsive and very helpful. The house was comfortable and perfect for our family.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Would love to book again. We didn’t realize how far out it was from South Beach but it was worth coming back to every night. Really enjoyed the pool. I was shocked to see the number of iguanas that patrolled the area in the morning but that isn’t a complaint. The hosts provided basic necessities for us. They were very responsive when we needed them especially come check out. 10000000 / 5 star rating for me.

This house was Wonderful, I booked for my Wife’s birthday and everything was PERFECT. Our host was very accommodating and responsive, the overall experience was just fantastic.

A really great stay in Miami with Abraham! The house was lovely and ticked all of our boxes. All Comms were quick with Abraham, and he replied on any queries we had, always being most helpful indeed. Nice play to stay if you do not want to be located directly @Miami Beach, quite calm and good connection to highway. We had a rental car and enjoeyed the parking lot on the property. Our host was more than friendly and helped us fast and patient in some tricky situations. Interieur chosen for the small house is very nice. We can recommend this small house for max. 4 people. It´s possible to stay there with 5 as we did (or even 6 as described) but it will get a little tight but that might be a matter of taste. Keep it up, Carolina! And thanks again for the pastries on Fathers Day :-)

great communication. property looks like the pictures. had a minor difficulty with the pool: they sent someone out immediately to assist. I've stayed at 2 of there properties. no complaints.

We had an amazing weekend at Dana's condo. It's a wonderful unit and we definitely recommend it! We door-dashed groceries and cooked most of our meals, the full kitchen is great and that saved a lot of money. We ate at the bar downstairs for dinner one night. We skipped the pricey breakfast buffet and cooked our own breakfast. The view was simply amazing! The spacious balcony stole the show. We used the beach chairs and arrived at the beach a little before 8 am so we could be in the front row. The pool isn't super special, but it was nice to take a dip in. There's a review that mentions a ledge on the beach- there is a slight ledge, but it's maybe 2 ft or so. It's not bad. We stayed over Memorial Day weekend, which might be why the construction next door wasn't going on. I can't speak to the noise. It was a bit of an eye sore, but also did not ruin the trip at all. We would definitely come back!

Ideal host. Perfect location for me. The free parking spot was definitely the icing on the Cake! The building staff and valet staff were super nice to deal with. Access was exactly as described (with step-by-step pictures even!!!)

Federico was a very responsive host. When I needed anything he would reply in seconds. The house was great it was everything it said on the description. The neighborhood was very child friendly. The house was spacious, kitchen had everything we needed. Definitely would recommend

Very good place for short stays in Miami. Close to absolutely everything and very easy to get to plans in other areas such as South Beach. All amenities available. I would definitely rent it again if I were to return to Miami. In addition, Omar and his team are super attentive and willing to help with everything

Sam and the rest of the team were super helpful from the time we booked it responsive in messages super quickly and even making sure that we were greeted personally at the front desk. anytime we had a question Sam was immediately responsive and we could not have asked for a better host and experience thank you Sam and the team you guys were wonderful will definitely be looking forward to working with you again

We spent 10 days in Miami at Nancy‘s beautiful condo. It was exactly as pictured with new furnishings that were simple, elegant, and stylish. It worked really well for us. Our son and his wife visited for a few days and we were able to bring our dog. Nancy was extremely responsive. The only glitch was checking in. We arrived at 5pm the Saturday before Christmas and it was mobbed. Because the access to the building is biometric, we needed to be registered and the system wasn’t working for the first day. It all got sorted in the end, but it took a bit of time. When the garage did not seem to have our pre-registration, Nancy was immediately responsive and spoke to the people and we were able to work it out. The pool complex was lovely with a Normas hot tub. We didn’t use the fitness center, but we did enjoy walking in the nearby park and also walking a block to the Publix for breakfast and lunch supplies. Highly recommend this unit and these responsive owners
