A 40m2 self-contained apartment on the ground floor of a traditional stone built farmhouse in a tranquil rural location. The apartment features a bedroom/living room with king side bed, sofa, smart TV, built in wardrobe, and dining table. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a wet-room and decked terrace with parasol and outdoor dining table. From May to October guests have use of a 6m x 3.75m pool and sun deck shared with the host who lives on site and guests in one other 2 person accommodation.

The Patio Houses are in the heart of the historic center of Coimbra, on an unexpected courtyard located on Rua Fernandes Thomaz, inside the old Coimbra wall, just a few meters from one of the doors of the medieval city, the Arco de Almedina, the picturesque Coast breaker and the monumental Sé Velha. The Houses result from the restoration in 2022 of the building of the old Mail-mor, first postal service in Portugal, created in 1520 by King D. Manuel.

Francisco, o Mosteiro de Santa Clara-a-Nova e o Mosteiro de Santa Clara. Está inserido num edifício de 8 andares, numa rua tranquila e acessível aos mais variados serviços, como restaurantes, supermercados, farmácias e cafés.

Casita is located in the quiet countryside. Only 8 minutes drive away from the beautiful Atlantic coast and many beaches surrounding the area. This tiny home is a perfect getaway for a couple. The house is a studio kind of home with a spacious bedroom and toilet with shower on the first floor and open space kitchen/living area on the ground floor. There is a parking space available. Our little retreat is not suitable for pets.

Its bedroom and light-filled living room with a modern kitchen are both ocean-facing and are connected by a spacious patio to enjoy the sunset over the protected dunes. It is an ideal place to stay for a couple or two friends. We woud love to welcome you to this charming little oceanside town and are looking forward to meet you!

Enjoy a stay in our garden hut—a simple, minimalist space with WiFi (optional) and electricity via an extension cable. Perfect for a quiet getaway or as a digital workspace. Our house is on the same property, with two more guest rooms, a shared kitchen, bathroom, and a dry composting toilet in the garden. We provide a mosquito net in summer and an electric heater in winter.
