Monthly Rentals in Col de Balme

Nice apartment, convenient, in a nice place. Just be careful according to the seasons, no shops nearby. Good for taking the free train which is located just opposite, great! The only thing that surprised us a little was that we were asked to take out the trash, remove the sheets and clean the kitchen when we paid €100 for cleaning for 2 nights. Marc is super available and welcoming. Friendly place to relax.

The place was over our expectations.Very peaceful location, next to the river and view of Mont Blanc. Only positive feedback. Highly recommending this place.

Very very good hospitality by Cat taking time to exchange with simplicity and authenticity. Flawless apartment, cozy, quiet, where nothing is lacking, with excellent bedding. We felt really good right away. We'll definitely be back!! With the sun, preferably!!

Francois is a wonderful welcoming host. A great couple of days away from the hustle and bustle of Chamonix.
