En rez-de-jardin d'un chalet à 15mn du domaine skiable de Manigod (liaison skiable La Clusaz), et 25mn d'Annecy. Le propriétaire vit dans le chalet au dessus mais le gîte est totalement indépendant et sans espaces communs ni avec d'autres locataires, ni avec les hôtes. Parking 2 voitures. Possibilité option ménage à régler sur place : 30€.

Our 85 m² apartment is completely renovated with quality materials. It is close to the Place de l'Eglise, shops, 3 minutes walk from the start of the lifts and ski lessons of Champs Giguet. Entièrement rénové et exposé plein sud, le chalet Le Tavaillon est situé au calme, en pleine nature, à 1 400 m d’altitude, dans un hameau dominant la vallée de Manigod. À seulement 1 km du col de la Croix Fry, il offre un accès direct aux pistes de ski de Manigod–La Clusaz et aux randonnées. Deux places de parking sont disponibles en bord de route ; l’accès au chalet se fait par un escalier d’environ trente marches.
