In winter, you are 1 km from the slopes accessible by a free ski shuttle just below the chalet. Spacious outdoor parking accommodates three cars with mandatory snow tires.

Our 85 m² apartment is completely renovated with quality materials. It is close to the Place de l'Eglise, shops, 3 minutes walk from the start of the lifts and ski lessons of Champs Giguet. The apartment is East/West facing. It offers beautiful unobstructed views of the mountain and picturesque chalets. It can accommodate 8 people with its 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 2 separate toilets and spacious storage in each room.

Just 1 km from the Croix Fry pass, it offers direct access to the Manigod–La Clusaz ski slopes and hiking trails. Two parking spaces are available by the road; access to the chalet is via a staircase of about thirty steps.
