Nice new studio, in a quiet area. Very close to the lake. Bike path nearby. Stream and waterfall on the property. Guests have the entire apartment, as well as a large terrace with lake view. They will also have the option to store (bicycles and/or skis, etc.) in our workshop provided for this purpose. Located 200 meters from the famous Lake Annecy, the apartment offers an ideal vantage point to contemplate it at different times of the day or throughout the seasons. Annecy and its amenities are just a short drive away.

The villa was as shown on the pictures, the garden with turnaround is huge - plenty of space for children to let off steam. Villa is privately located, with beautiful view of the lake. Maryline was very friendly, easy to reach and very quick to respond to requests.

A lovely home in a lovely place. Gaëlle was kind and helpful from the moment I booked. It’s a small place, but more than you would need as it has a very efficient use of space. Plus, there is so much access to activities in the area, there isn’t a need to stay in long. I was able to work remotely- with excellent internet- and do regular hikes when not working. Several hikes are accessible within a short walk of the door. Cant express enough how much I enjoyed this space.

Antoine and Magali are charming and give you good advice throughout the stay, the studio is perfectly functional with all the necessary amenities. It's the kind of place where you immediately feel good and want to keep a secret... but it's too good not to share it! Exceptional location with a nice lake view and absolute quiet. The accommodation is very charming, spacious and well thought out, our cats loved being able to climb up high and observe nature through the large windows (yes pets are allowed!). Note that there was no air conditioning while it was mentioned on the listing, it seems that it is only installed for the two months of summer, but there are enough openings to be able to ventilate properly when it is cooler.
