1785, a local heritage farm in Manigod, offers a magnificent terrace with stunning views of the Tournette and Sulens. Located on its private property of 2 hectares , it is ideal for a quiet and free stay for all your distractions. Your igloos, snowmen, tobogganing trails and other development projects will adorn a winter decor that is already magical. The other seasons, rich in colors of flowers; lulled by birdsong, the murmur of a stream is waiting for your admiration. Our chalet is a solid and spacious nest witnessing sometimes forgotten know-how. Numerous sheltered terraces and balcony (100m²) allow outdoor life even in bad weather. A 200-year-old planning frame is a testament to the strength of the construction. Sometimes low openings invite you to exercise on a daily basis that benefit a good physical condition and prove the energy control already present at that time. This nest rich in history,we have stocked it with some of today's delights: low temperature heated floor, WiFi, intranet, internet, low consumption lighting, satellite TV and TNT… A small mazot, located a few meters from the chalet

Set in a very quiet alpine environment, the chalet has no nearby neighbors. Independent entrance, private terrace, one bedroom with a queen-size bed, a sofa bed in the living area, and a fully equipped kitchen. The chalet is officially rated 4★. An ideal place to unwind and enjoy the mountains in every season.

"Au Coin Cosy" is perfectly situated on the slopes, with incredible views from the terrace over the ski area and over the area Manigod/La Clusaz. From here you can access the massif La Clusaz ski area. The apartment has living/dining/kitchen area, bathroom with bath and overhead shower,and a separate WC. It has all the comforts for a pleasant holiday both for your winter and for your summer holidays. Several beautiful walks and excursions start about 10min by car further on.
