A living room with lounge and TV, integrated and equipped kitchen, as well as a dining room. House on two levels, with a terrace, private fenced green area, and two parking spaces. The cottage is equipped with a Nordic bath for an extra fee.

Luvigny is a village of 100 inhabitants near the Donon. On the first floor, a comfortable bathroom (shower, bathtub, toilet), kitchen, living room and small bedroom. In the converted attic toilet and sink as well as large living room. In the basement, there is a fridge without an icebox. Steep stairs to the attic!
