Counter space for meals. Large living room. Master bedroom with queen bed, bunks beds. Deck & Grill 40 ft of lake frontage, private dock. Paddle kayaks, hike trails from property. The road is plowed and relatively flat. In winter you need at least all season but preferably snow tires to access.

Quiet location, walking distance to downtown Morrisville, close to Stowe (10 miles), Elmore (3.5 miles), Green River Reservoir (8 miles). Hike, snowshoe, x-c ski out our back door.
